After all, Wen Muye + Yi Yanqianxi is really an unprecedented and attractive combination.
One is a realistic director who directed the high-profile and high-grossing "I Am Not a Medicine God" in his debut; the other is a talented actor who is a masterpiece in every movie and almost never disappoints.
It's not so much about expecting what surprises they'll bring, but rather about being curious. Curious about what kind of story the director will tell in "Miracle" this time, I am even more curious about whether Yi Qianxi can usher in another breakthrough in his performance.
The above should be the mental journey of most viewers before watching the movie. And after watching the movie, almost everyone will instantly understand, moved by them, and not only because of them. The most touching thing about "Miracle Stupid Child" is actually nothing more than seeing the big in the small, and every little person has a strong sense of belief in the pursuit of a happy life, defending themselves and defending life.

Even people who don't pay attention to the film and television circle will recognize it at a glance when they see that angular face: it is Yi Qianxi. One of the taboos of acting is that the actor himself is larger than the role, rather than blending into the role.
So now, from Xiao Bei in "Young You", to Wei Yihang in "Send You a Little Red Flower", to Wu Wanli in "Changjin Lake", Qianxi's control over each character has achieved "self-hiding". Those characters who omit qianxi's personality charm completely constitute the most brilliant existence on the screen.
The same is true of Jing Hao in "Miracle Stupid Child".
First of all, a brief introduction to the background, fatherless and motherless Jing Hao needs to earn three or four hundred thousand in a year and a half to treat his sister, and whenever he is about to succeed, he will be hit by fate, and eventually owe a bunch of debts, be driven out of the house by the landlord, and even lose the mobile phone repair shop on which he earns a living. But he did not concede defeat to reality at all, and found another way to set up a factory, working as a high-altitude cleaner during the day to earn money to raise a factory, and going back at night to continue to start a business. In the end, he started a business with a group of people whose lives were also unsatisfactory but like-minded, and ushered in a beautiful and happy life.
It's a difficult and difficult process. Jing Hao is only 20 years old, but he needs to run ahead of everyone else, his sister's medical expenses need him, and the expectations of the workers need him even more.
As for why he faced such a difficult reality, Jing Hao could still succeed. I think the two scenes in the movie about "running" can fully explain all this.
The first time he "ran", Jing Hao needed to talk about cooperation with the big boss of the mobile phone company, which was his last chance to turn the tide. But the boss will take a train to Guangdong in half an hour. Riding in the same train with the boss and fighting for time in the car is Jing Hao's only chance. Helplessly, on the way to the station, Jing Hao's car was damaged, and he himself was injured, so he could only run to the station. When the sun was shining, Jing Hao ran forward with all his strength, like a dark messenger chasing light, even if he was scarred, even if he lost at the starting line, he never gave up the desire to live with his head held high in the light.
The second "run" should be the most heart-wrenching scene seen by the audience in the whole movie. When Jing Hao found that the mobile phone goods that were crucial to him had been stolen, he was immediately awake when he was still sleepy-eyed in the previous second, and desperately rushed forward to try to recover the goods. The thief has two people, configured with a four-wheeled large truck, while Jing Hao only has his bare hands. For Jing Hao, what he is struggling to recover is not the mobile phone cargo, but his sister's life and the future of all the workers. While fighting with the thief and fighting for the steering wheel, Jing Hao was cut off two fingers; his attitude of not wanting to die even shocked the thief, "Don't you want to die?" ”
This is the most cruel scene in the film, no one can help him that night, only 20 years old thin body has to bear all the accidents brought by life, he has no choice.
This movie actually does not have any villains, and life is the biggest villain of this movie. Most of the time Jing Hao and his sister spent together was relaxed, but behind the invisible to others, he was a helpless teenager who was forced to a desperate situation by life. Ease is not there, there are just sorrows about how to live.
Director Wen Muye said that Jing Hao is very strong, but under his hard appearance, you can actually see that there is a particularly fragile place in his eyes. And this is the reason why the director chose Qianxi to play Jing Hao. "There is a sense of vulnerability in Qianxi's eyes, and that vulnerability is very moving and charming."
In this movie, except for Jing Hao's sister who is ill, in fact, everyone in the "Good Scene" factory has their own unsatisfactory places. In the secular sense, they are all people who have been eliminated and marginalized by society.
For example, Liang Yongcheng and his wife, who have no children and no house of their own, have been working as nurses in nursing homes. Even if he is too tired to stand up straight, Liang Yongcheng still wants to do one more part-time job. The director did not portray the story behind them, but it is mostly related to the unsatisfactory experience.
Wang Chunmei, a female worker played by Qi Xi, because she has been working in an unqualified noise environment for a long time, resulting in half deafness, the original stable worker's life is out of balance, there is no regular factory to ask her again, she can only do some thankless daily work to make a living. At the same time, they must also fight lawsuits with factories with deep pockets to defend their legitimate rights.
Zhang Longhao, an unemployed worker played by Gong Lei, because he was not accustomed to corporal punishment of newcomers by the foreman, he once practiced boxing to help, but he did not expect to injure the foreman and even go to prison, ruining his career, and the only pleasure of life is to raise stray dogs. Since then, he has been cautious and responsible, and when he saw the hooligans bullying the workers who were "always in a good situation", he still bravely stepped forward and protected everyone.
Liu Hengzhi, played by Wang Ning, is known as the most able person in internet cafes, but after meeting his true love Wu Xiaoli, he suddenly woke up and decided to go forward to life.
Wu Xiaoli, played by Huang Yao, every time she appears, people can't help but clap their hands for her. One is for her brave pursuit of love in spite of the world's vision, and the other is for her professional ability to be fast and accurate. When the "Good Times Often" factory was forced to transfer goods, it was Wu Xiaoli who helped the factory with her excavator expertise. The loud noise of the moment the shovel falls is more like a symbol of the film's gradual arrival from low pressure to hope, shattering all unsatisfactory, and the good scene is ahead.
There is also Xu Juncong's back to the shore of the game fan Zhang Chao, and Gong Jinguo's veteran soldier Zhong Wei who spent the rest of his life in a nursing home.
Everyone has their own story, but everyone's story ends. Because this is by no means a film that tries to resonate by selling miserably, but through their belief in the face of an unsatisfactory life and never give up on the action of a better life, they convey the essence of the belief that hard work can produce miracles. Just like at the end of the film, everyone in the "good times" has a career that they really love through hard work.
Before starting the camera, director Wen Muye went to the home of a photographer doing documentary photography in Shenzhen. The photographer took about three million portraits of migrant workers in the Shenzhen area, including the surrounding area of Dongguan. He told Wen Muye that at that time, Dongguan was a street full of factories, and there was no one from Monday to Friday, but the streets were full of people on Saturdays and Sundays. "Do you know how deep Chinese desire for happiness is?" Each of them is working for happiness."
Those workers say that if they don't come out to work, their children may not go to good universities. This pursuit of long-term happiness and the belief in long-term values especially impressed the director, "They create individual miracles."
The most inspiring line in the film, which also covers the spirit of the film's main theme, was created: "As long as we work hard, nothing is impossible."
