On January 28, the Jiangsu "High-speed Youchong" Party Member Volunteer Service Team was officially established at the new energy vehicle charging station in the Service Area of the Three Bridges of the Yangtze River in Nanjing.
It is understood that this is the first party member volunteer service team in the country that specializes in providing service guarantee for the charging of new energy vehicles on highways on holidays.
The establishment of the volunteer service team will ensure the smooth charging of new energy vehicles and reduce waiting time. During the Spring Festival, the service area not only arranges special duty and increases the frequency of inspections, but also specially sets up a charging waiting area for new energy vehicles, such as the owner of the car encounters a charging problem can dial the service telephone on the charging pile, and the staff will rush to the scene for the first time.
Not only that, in the Wuxi Meicun service area with large traffic flow, in order to cope with the peak of Spring Festival charging, the yellow mobile charging vehicle deployed for the first time in our province has been in place, and under the guidance of the on-site personnel, new energy vehicle owners are charging.

At present, 110 pairs of service areas put into operation on the Jiangsu Expressway, a total of 848 charging piles have been built, and it has taken the lead in the country to achieve full coverage of charging facilities, of which 6 service areas have also built replacement power stations, which can basically meet the travel needs of new energy vehicle owners on the highway.
In 2021, the charging capacity of Jiangsu Expressway Service Area will reach 16.02 million kWh, ranking first in the country.
