Zhang Xin recalled that when the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games were held, she was still in elementary school, but she could also deeply appreciate the enthusiasm of the whole country for the Olympic Games. In order to meet the training standards, Zhang Xin often has to keep a posture still for several hours, and every action and every posture must be repeated thousands of times. Often, after the end of training, the hands and feet are close to numbness. "Our original training time was from 8 am to 6 pm, but it is common to practice until after 10 pm. The high-intensity training content makes us consume a lot of physical energy every day, so the amount of food has become larger than before. Zhang Xin introduced her training life to reporters with her trademark smiling face.
