WenBi Feng's great name comes from the Taoist master Bai Yu Toad. It is said that in his later years, the white jade toad was tired of the world's personnel exchanges, returned to his hometown of Hainan, and spent a leisurely life on the Wenbi Peak, bringing aura to this originally inaccessible mountain.

White Jade Toad, whose original name was Ge Changgeng, was originally a Haikou Shishan person, and when he was born, his mother once dreamed that a white toad jumped into his arms. When he was a teenager, the white jade toad, who had repeatedly tried and failed, was deeply tired of the world's mundane affairs, and began to travel around, cultivate true cultivation, and create a line of Taoism in the Southern Sect, and was later ordered into the palace by the Emperor of the Southern Song Dynasty, preached for him, and was named the True Man of the Purple Qingming Dao. The Taoists were free by nature, and after receiving the emperor's reward, the white jade toad was far away from the fireworks in the world, traveled through the famous rivers and mountains, and achieved a generation of legends.
As the fifth "ancestor" of the "Southern Five Ancestors", the Southern Sect Of Taoism was officially founded in the hands of the White Jade Toad. According to records, the white jade toad is accompanied by wine all day long, no matter where he goes, he has to drink a few cups, he once said in the poem that he is "one spring, ten diseases and nine causes of wine", and his alcoholism is evident in his life.
It is not okay for a real celebrity to only drink alcohol, but to have some real skills. According to historical records, although the white jade toad is not proud of its appearance, but on the study can be called "through the three religions, learning through the nine streams", it is precisely in this way that the white jade toad can bear the name of one of the "five ancestors of the south", he is eclectic, and the Taoist Southern Sect not only inherits in his hands, but also carries forward. There is a Way that "one mountain does not tolerate two tigers", the Confucian lord enters the world, the Taoist lord is at ease, and the leaders of the Confucian and Taoist families gather at Wuyi Mountain, which will naturally cause some controversy. Bai Yu Toad and Zhu Xi each had a group of disciples, and they were all on the same mountain, so naturally they couldn't help but meet every day. Although Zhu Xi is a famous scholar of science, he is always a mortal, and the white jade toad is a half-immortal body, and there are naturally different mortals between his conversations and demeanors, and over time, Zhu Xi's disciples are more and more curious about the white jade toad, and sometimes they will ask the white jade toad some things, and the white jade toad tells them one by one, and there is nothing inaccurate. After all, the son did not speak strangely and chaotically, and when Zhu Xi's protégé asked Zhu Xi why the white jade toad could have such magical powers, Zhu Xi always replied lightly, "Even in Er". In the eyes of this famous scholar of science, the white jade toad is just a master of probability games, and the so-called divine power is just a blind cat meeting a dead rat.
Folklore, one day, Zhu Xi and the white jade toad walked in the Wuyi Mountains, suddenly heavy rain fell, Zhu Xi did not bring an umbrella, was drenched by the rain, and next to the white jade toad, the rain as if it had grown eyes gave way to the same road, the white jade toad walked in the rain was not wet at all. Zhu Xi was very curious, so he asked Bai Yu Toad why the rain did not fall on him, and Bai Yu Toad smiled slightly, and only said three words - "Even Zhong'er".

The interaction between Bai Yu toad and Zhu Xi has been circulating since ancient times, and at present, famous scholars such as Nan Huaijin often use this story as historical facts when compiling some works, and "even Zhonger" has some idiom allusions. In fact, Bai Yu Toad and Zhu Xi most likely had never met, let alone debated together and rained together.
Taoists love nothingness in everything they say, and the white jade toad is indeed superior, and has already perfected the realm of half immortals, so the date of his birth and death has always been a mystery. According to the research of relevant scholars, among the various existing accounts about the birth year of the white jade toad, Shao Xi Jia Yinnian is the most credible, that is to say, when Zhu Xi died, the white jade toad was only a six-year-old child, and the place of his main activity was also in Hainan, not Wuyi Mountain, so he did not have the opportunity to meet Zhu Xi. However, it is also true that Zhu Xi often interacted with local Taoist monks in Wuyi Mountain, and as for the story of "Even Zhong'er", it may have been used by later people to transfer flowers and trees to the white jade toad.
Although there is no direct exchange, the white jade toad has many poems related to Zhu Xi, and he has a poem "Inscription Jingshe", shiyun: "At this dusk, the wind is fluttering, and the rock head only sees the medicine furnace empty." I couldn't bear to fall and smoke, and I heard the cold ape crying obscurely. It is not difficult to see that the poem of the White Jade Toad was obviously written after Zhu Xi's death, when the White Jade Toad walked to the door of the Wuyi Jingshe where Zhu Xi once taught, and saw that the former grand scene was long gone, leaving only the empty medicine furnace reflected by the dusk and sunset, at this time, there were several apes chirping in the mountain forest, and the White Jade Toad couldn't help but wonder, are these beasts also mourning for Zhu Xi? In the face of Zhu Xi's portrait, Bai Yu Toad wrote: "The emperor fell to the ground and returned to heaven." Wuyi pine bamboo, sunset cicadas. In the "Portrait of Zhu Wengong", the white jade toad is even more extremely great about Zhu Xi's greatness: "Heaven and earth coffin, sun and moon burial, master He Zhi." The beams are broken, Tarzan is decadent, and the saints are withered. Among them, the admiration is overflowing with words.
Yin and yang create people, maybe White Jade Toad and Zhu Xi really should meet each other, Zhu Xi from Confucianism, White Jade Toad from The Tao and Confucianism, the two eventually return to the same place, in the birth into the world, together to build the spiritual world of the Chinese nation; everything has its own arrangements, maybe White Jade Toad and Zhu Xi should not have a side of the relationship, divine friendship may not be unaware of themselves, dialogue across time and space will often leave more stories such as "even in the World", passed down through the ages, remembered by the world.
