On January 24, the People's Government of Henan Province issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for Strategic Emerging Industries and Future Industrial Development in Henan Province" (hereinafter referred to as the "Planning"), which clearly pointed out that it is of great significance to vigorously cultivate strategic emerging industries and plan the layout of future industries, and mentioned the keyword "quantum" 27 times.

Henan should enhance its industrial basic capabilities and make the leading industries better and stronger. Focus on the new generation of information technology, biotechnology, new materials, energy conservation and environmental protection and other advantageous leading industries, highlight the creation of a number of excellent layout and structure, large scale, good extension support, strong support and driving of the leading industrial clusters.
