Recently, the Quantum Computing Cloud Platform of the Institute of Quantum Information and Quantum Science and Technology Innovation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as the "Quantum Computing Cloud Platform of the Chinese Academy of Sciences") successfully deployed two new domestic quantum programming software - isQ-Core and "Qingguo" (Quingo), marking an important step in the combination of domestic quantum computing software and hardware.

Mainland quantum computer hardware has developed rapidly in recent years, and quantum computing prototypes such as "Nine Chapters" and "ZuChong No. 2" have been introduced. Similar to classical electronic computers, the efficient operation and widespread use of quantum computers are inseparable from powerful hardware systems, and also inseparable from the supporting support of assembly language, operating systems and other software.

Quantum software is a bridge between users and quantum computing hardware devices. After several years of exploration, the team of the Institute of Software of the Chinese Academy of Sciences recently officially released the isQ-Core quantum programming software, and the team of the National University of Defense Technology also released the "Qingguo" software.

isQ-Core quantum programming software is jointly developed by the Institute of Software of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the technical team of Beijing Zhongke Arc Light Quantum Software Technology Co., Ltd., which has the characteristics of simplicity, ease of use, high efficiency, strong scalability and high reliability, and can provide many conveniences for quantum computing users.

The "Qingguo" software was proposed by the QUANTA team of the School of Computer Science of the National University of Defense Technology and the program theory team of the School of Software of East China Normal University, and based on this, the first comprehensive quantum-classical heterogeneous programming framework was designed and realized. At the same time, by introducing a new timing description mechanism for quantum operations, users can flexibly and efficiently control the timing of quantum operations.

The Chinese Academy of Sciences Quantum Computing Cloud Platform, which began in 2017, is the earliest quantum computing cloud platform established and accessed with the largest number of bits in China, and is also the quantum computing cloud platform with the largest hardware scale in China. In December 2021, the platform launched the QCIS instruction set of the same assembly language of "Zuchong No. 2", which greatly improved the user's ability to control the 12-bit superconducting quantum computing prototype in the cloud platform laboratory.

At present, the above two quantum programming software have been successfully deployed to the quantum computing cloud platform of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the relevant deployment services are provided by Guodun Quantum, and the two software languages are docked with the QCIS instruction set.

The combination of quantum computing software and hardware will provide convenience for more people in different industries to conduct theoretical research and application exploration related to quantum computing. The team of the Institute of Software of the Chinese Academy of Sciences said that in the future, the isQ-Core quantum programming software will continue to be upgraded, adding and improving more functions, and developing in synergy with the mainland quantum computing hardware. The team of the National University of Defense Technology said that at present, a number of domestic and foreign computer software and hardware teams have participated in the development of the "Qingguo" language ecology.

In the future, the quantum computing cloud platform will continue to remain fully open, work together to create a good quantum computing ecological environment, and promote the popularization of quantum computing knowledge, scientific research progress and application exploration.
