In terms of core performance design standards, it is a general-purpose GPU chip with the largest computing power in China, and the latest flagship product recently released by large foreign enterprises. Previously, Biling Technology signed a contract with Shanghai Brain-like Chip and on-Chip Intelligent System R&D and Transformation Functional Platform to apply large computing power GPU chips to scientific research and exploration and accelerate the development of brain-like intelligent technology.

Founded in 2019 by Zhang Wen, former president of SenseTime, Biling Technology is committed to developing an original universal computing system and providing integrated solutions in the field of intelligent computing. In terms of development path, the company first focuses on cloud general intelligent computing, plans to gradually catch up with existing solutions in artificial intelligence training and reasoning, graphic rendering and other fields, and strive to achieve a breakthrough in domestic high-end general intelligent computing chips. Up to now, the total financing amount of Biling Technology has exceeded 5 billion yuan.

High-performance GPUs are the core components that provide universal computing power, and they are also a short board for the mainland integrated circuit industry. At the beginning of the project two years ago, Biling Technology forward-lookingly set the core performance standards of the BR100 series on the products released by the industry giants two years later, which means that it is very difficult to design hardware and a huge challenge to the innovation level of the underlying architecture of the chip. The BR100 series of general-purpose GPU chips was successfully lit at one time, marking that the Shanghai company has made a key breakthrough in the research and development of domestic large-scale universal GPU chips.

This series of GPU chips is based on the company's original chip architecture development, using a mature 7nm process, and combined with a number of industry-leading chip design, manufacturing and packaging technologies, including Chiplet (core particle technology), with high computing power, high energy efficiency, high versatility and other advantages. At present, the testing and tuning of this series of general-purpose GPU chips is rapidly advancing.

General-purpose GPU chips need to be combined with software platforms to be put into practical applications. Biling Technology is also building a complete and easy-to-use software platform, building a technical ecology, and is committed to helping users quickly achieve "seamless migration" between product ecosystems through software and hardware collaborative optimization, so that performance parameter indicators can truly play an "effective computing power".

After completing these follow-up work, computing products equipped with BR100 series general-purpose GPU chips will be released to the market. We have reserved more brain-like chip core algorithm patents and soft works, but on the long road of brain-like intelligent technology research and development, we also need the blessing of domestic general computing power from Biling Technology. "The two companies will give full play to their respective advantages and work closely together in the fields of brain-like computing, brain-like chips, cloud-based general intelligent computing, heterogeneous computing, edge intelligent software and hardware development, and artificial intelligence applications to jointly create a strategic platform for research and development and transformation."
