Xu Jinlin, an independent producer of Reader Jinlin Studio who has been engaged in book design for more than 30 years, said that the event aims to pull more foreigners into the team of handmade book creation, use the differences between Chinese and Western thinking to collide with more sparks for the creation of handmade books, and then excavate and promote Gansu's rich cultural resources.

Olya Pronchina said that handmade books contain modern elements and traditional culture, and she hopes to take this opportunity to translate books that carry more traditional culture from Gansu into Russian, publish them in Russian-speaking countries, or publish them in China, and then promote them to Russian-speaking countries.
