On January 21, the reporter learned from the Jiangmen Women's Federation that in order to further implement the "Family Education Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China" and promote the construction of the family education guidance service system, after xinhui District issued the first "Family Education Order" in Guangdong Province, the Jiangmen Intermediate People's Court and the Jiangmen Women's Federation recently held an on-site meeting to promote the "Family Education Promotion Law" in the city, and officially launched the "3 + N" linkage mechanism for family education work in Xinhui District.
On January 18, the meeting was held in Xinhui District, at which the launching ceremony of the linkage mechanism of family education work in Xinhui District was first held, and the Xinhui District People's Court, the Education Bureau and the Women's Federation jointly signed a document to start the "3 + N" linkage mechanism for family education work in Xinhui District.
The mechanism clarifies the work responsibilities of each department from six aspects, such as information notification, joint investigation, work connection, follow-up tracking, problem handling, and daily contact, and explores five "one" measures to issue an "education order", convene a "parents' meeting", send a "letter of indoctrination", accept a "letter of commitment", and do at least one "return visit" to promote the implementation of family education responsibilities. This is another innovative measure for Jiangmen City to continue to take advantage of the momentum after Xinhui District issued the first "Family Education Order" in the province to promote the in-depth implementation of the "Family Education Promotion Law".
The Xinhui District Court and the Women's Federation respectively shared their experiences in combination with their own functions. Lin Caijiao, member of the party group and vice chairman of the Jiangmen Women's Federation, fully affirmed the experience and practices of Xinhui District, and pointed out that the launch of the linkage mechanism is a new starting point for realizing departmental linkage, fulfilling their responsibilities, and jointly promoting the "taking of children" according to law, and is a powerful measure to help build a child-friendly city with friendly policies and rights protection.
At the meeting, two suggestions were also put forward on how to promote the work of the "Family Education Promotion Law" in the next step: It is necessary to coordinate the division of labor in multiple departments, cooperate closely, and make joint efforts. In implementing the "Family Education Promotion Law", it is necessary to play a role in correcting, guiding and empowering deviations, and mobilize the whole society to jointly do a good job in family education. The "3" family department is the foundation, and more departments should be linked to participate together, jointly assume the work responsibility of family education, guide and promote parents to have more time to return to the family, do a good job as a guide on the road of children's growth, work together and practice together around the national talent development strategy; increase publicity, and promote family education to promote the law to become well-known and deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. All relevant departments should make work arrangements in a timely manner in combination with their work responsibilities, perform their statutory duties, find the entry point and focus of their work, pay close attention to the study, publicity, and implementation of the "Family Education Promotion Law", jointly grasp the big article of social coordination, promote the better restoration of family education, form a good situation of household name and joint participation, and make the new law the best lever to leverage the rise of the status of family education.
Finally, the participating comrades also visited the Xinhui District Court Litigation Service Center, the Juvenile Court and the Xinhui Women and Children's Activity Center, and learned about the issuance process of the first Family Education Order in Guangdong Province.
