Eight types of improper phenomena that impair engine performance

Phenomenon 1: Failure to maintain on schedule

Usually people always like to invest a lot of money in the modification, but it is easy to neglect to maintain the engine on schedule. According to experienced auto mechanics, the failures caused by poor engine maintenance account for 50% of the total failures of the cars they repair. It can be seen that engine maintenance can play a vital role in prolonging the service life of vehicles. Of course, it will also reduce unnecessary losses for you, otherwise there will be no such thing as "cultivation instead of cultivation".

Phenomenon 2: oil deterioration and oil filter element is not smooth

Different grades of lubricating oil will change during use. After a certain mileage of the vehicle, the performance will deteriorate, which may cause various problems to the engine. In order to avoid the occurrence of these failures, the car should be changed regularly in combination with the conditions of use, and the amount of oil should be moderate, generally between the upper and lower limits of the oil scale.

As the oil passes through the pores of the oil filter element, the solid particles and viscous matter in the oil accumulate in the filter. If the filter is blocked, the oil cannot pass smoothly through the filter element, it will expand the filter element or open the safety valve, pass through the bypass valve, and still bring the dirt back to the lubrication part, prompting the engine wear to accelerate and the internal pollution to intensify. Regular replacement of the oil filter is therefore equally important.

Phenomenon three: the air filter element is blocked

The intake system of the engine is mainly composed of two parts: the air filter element and the intake duct. According to different use cases, to clean the air filter regularly, the method that can be used is to blow high-pressure air from the inside to the outside, and the dust in the filter element is blown out. Since the air filter element is paper, it is necessary to pay attention to the pressure of the air not too large when blowing, so as not to damage the filter element. The air filter element should generally be replaced after 3 times of cleaning, and the cleaning cycle can be determined by the air quality of the daily driving area.

Phenomenon 4: Poor maintenance of the fuel system

Maintenance of the fuel system includes replacement of gasoline filters, cleaning of carburetors or fuel nozzles, and oil supply lines. In the process of fuel combustion through the oil circuit supply to the combustion chamber, it will inevitably form colloids and carbon deposits, which will be deposited in the oil duct, carburetor, fuel nozzle and combustion chamber, interfering with the flow of fuel oil, destroying the normal air-fuel ratio, making the fuel atomization poor, causing engine wheezing, vibration, idle instability, poor acceleration and other performance problems.

Phenomenon five: the intake pipe is too dirty

If the vehicle is often driven in a road condition area with more dust and poor air quality, attention should be paid to cleaning the intake pipe to ensure the smooth flow of the intake air. The intake duct is very important for the normal operation of the engine, if the intake duct is too dirty, it will lead to a decrease in efficiency, so that the engine can not run in the normal output power range, aggravating the wear and aging of the engine.

Phenomenon 6: The cooling system is in poor condition

People pay special attention to the maintenance of automobile engines, the lubrication system, and rarely pay attention to the cooling system. As everyone knows, the common faults of the automotive engine zui, such as piston pull cylinders, burst vibrations, leakage from the cylinder body punching machine, serious noise generated, acceleration power drop, etc., are caused by abnormal working temperature of the automobile engine, excessive pressure, and poor cooling system condition. Poor cooling system condition will directly lead to the engine can not work at normal temperature, followed by the above serious failure phenomenon.

Phenomenon seven: the water tank rusts and scales

Engine water tank rust and fouling are common problems in ZUI. Rust and scale can limit the flow of coolant in the cooling system, reduce the effect of heat dissipation, cause the engine to overheat, and even cause damage to the engine. Coolant oxidation can also form acidic substances, corroding the metal parts in the tank, causing damage and leakage of the tank. Regular use of water tank strong and efficient cleaning agent to clean the water tank, remove rust and scale, not only to ensure the normal operation of the engine, but also to extend the overall life of the tank and engine.

Phenomenon 8: Too much sludge in the crankcase

During the operation of the engine, the high-pressure unburned gases, acids, moisture, sulfur and nitrogen oxides in the combustion chamber enter the crankcase through the gap between the piston ring and the cylinder wall, so that it is mixed with the metal powder produced by the wear of the parts to form a sludge. A small amount of sludge can be suspended in the oil, and when the amount is large, it precipitates from the oil, clogs the filter and oil holes, making it difficult to lubricate the engine, thereby aggravating the wear of the engine. In addition, the oxidation of the oil at high temperatures will form a paint film and carbon deposition to bond to the piston, which will increase the fuel consumption of the engine, reduce the power, and in severe cases, the piston ring will be stuck and the cylinder will be pulled.
