It's unclear exactly what went wrong, but NASA has stopped direction-based scientific observation until it can completely clear or continue to operate on five wheels.

NASA said it was the first potential reaction wheel problem since the Swift Observatory opened in February 2005, and the rest of the satellite was working properly.

IT House understands that over the past 17 years, the Swift Observatory has played an important role in astronomy. It is mainly used to detect gamma-ray bursts, about 70 times a day. However, it is increasingly being used as a full-scale observation across multiple wavelengths, spotting solar flares and hard-to-find stars.
