Smoked dried and fried bacon

Smoked, bacon, green and red peppers, garlic, chicken juice, salt, white pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce
method:
- Cut the smoke into slices, soak in lightly salted water and drain, oil and set aside.
- Rinse the surface of the bacon with warm water, steam the steamer and put it in the steam, remove and cut into thin slices.

- Drain the shrimp, add salt and white pepper, mix well to marinate, add egg whites and mix well, then pat the dry powder over oil and set aside.
- Leave the bottom oil in the pan, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add peeled and cut into shredded potatoes soaked in brine, stir-fry evenly and season.
- Then add the shrimp and green pepper shreds after adding oil and stir-fry evenly, drizzle with sesame oil to increase flavor.
Home-cooked tofu
Tender tofu, ham, pea kernels, salt, starch, chicken juice, tomato
- Cut the tender tofu into appropriately sized pieces, pat on the starch and fry until the surface is shelled, then remove the oil and set aside.
- Cut the ham into strips, cut into small pieces with a knife, oil it with the pea kernels, and stir-fry with salt and chicken juice to taste and set aside.
- Peel the tomatoes and change them into small pieces, put them into a pot with oil, add salt and stir-fry to make a sour taste, boil to make tomato juice, add sugar and white vinegar to make a sweet and sour juice.
- Put the fried tofu cubes into the juice and stir-fry the hanging juice, dry the juice and put it on the plate, add the sautéed ham grains and pea kernels.
