There is a particularly dazzling work in the sub-center of Beijing, that is, the first 100-episode tribute drama "The Centennial Party in the Hearts of the People" performed by the people from all walks of life in the sub-center. The whole drama tells 100 stories of the people with 100 "hundred" idioms, and the whole network has been played 6.3 million times. The second chapter of the play, "Chasing the Light of Me", perfectly interprets the theme of "the century-old big party in the hearts of the people", and the lead actor Wang Hongbin is both a party member and a volunteer, so how does he integrate the pursuit of faith in his work and life?

"The Hundred Year Big Party in the Hearts of the People" vividly expresses the love for the party in the hearts of the people, as a party member, the chapter you starred in", "Chasing the Light", just perfectly interprets the theme of "the hundred years of the big party in the hearts of the people". What do you think of your performance in the play?
Wang Hongbin: After the chapter of "Chasing the Light" was broadcast, it was praised by friends around me, and first of all, I would like to thank everyone for their love for this chapter. As a party member, I am particularly happy to be able to shoot a tribute drama for our party's centenary birthday at this moment. Although this is my first time to participate in film and television shooting as a leading actor, the ten stories I have interpreted are all things that happened in my work and life, so it is still familiar to act. The interaction with the residents of Xinhua Street is a sense of truth from the heart, and it is easy to enter the role. However, the first time to face the camera to express their feelings for the party and the country is still a little nervous, performance experience is insufficient, not every story can be expressed perfectly, somewhat or some small regrets.
2. Have you ever thought that you would participate in film and television creation? What kind of changes did you have in your heart after learning that you were locked by the film crew as the main actor of the chapter "Chasing Light"? What preparations have you made for the shaping of your character?
Wang Hongbin: In fact, I am the kind of personality that dares to try, and I have always been very interested in film and television creation. Before "Chasing the Light", I made a cameo appearance in the Xinhua Street Martial Arts Crossover Version of the Lunar New Year drama "Fuxing New Year". This time, as the lead actor of a chapter of the tribute drama, I really got over a drama addiction. At that time, I heard director Wang Zixing say that I wanted to star in this chapter, and I was still a little resistant. First of all, I am worried that I will not be able to do such an important thing as a gift for the centenary of the founding of the party. Secondly, I really didn't want to be a star, and I was really nervous. However, after the choreographer Li Zhizhi told me the content of the script, he gladly accepted it. Suffice it to say, this chapter was tailored for me. Because the stories in it all take place in the Xinhua Street I serve, and each story revolves around the colorful armband volunteers of the 365 Volunteer Service Alliance that I am responsible for. Speaking of multicolored armbands, I'm really familiar with them, which ignited my great enthusiasm, so I didn't make any special efforts to shape the characters. However, during the filming process, I was very careful, in order to better express the story, in addition to allowing myself to quickly enter the role, I also tried to alleviate the tension of the residents and volunteers who played with me to meet the requirements of the director.
3. I heard that the film crew of "The Centennial Party in the Hearts of the People" is your own team, can you talk about your team?
Wang Hongbin: The film crew of "The Centennial Party in the Hearts of the People" is our own team and our most elite team. In recent years, their good works have continued, such as the 25-episode series of propaganda videos of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Tongzhou District, "The Power of the Heart in the New Era, I Am a State-Owned Enterprise in the Sub-Center", the high-quality party class "Communist Party Members Are Always the Warmest Fireworks in the Hearts of the People", the Xinhua Street Ancient City Sentiment Documentary "Show the Future in the Ancient City", and the Wuxia Crossing Edition New Year Propaganda Film "Fuxing New Year", which are quite creative and loved by everyone. This time, "The Hundred Years of the Party in the Hearts of the People" took 97 days to complete from script planning to starring actor selection, from on-site shooting to post-editing, which was a great challenge for the whole team. But I also saw in them a firmness of faith. 100 idioms with "hundred" tell 100 stories, and the idea is really great, but it's also full of twists and turns. Planner Luan Yanan worked hard for this idea, constantly revising the script according to the situation provided by the subject, in order not to delay the shooting progress, she had to work overtime until late at night every day. From boot to finishing, the whole team gave up rest, shooting at night during the day and going home in the middle of the night is commonplace. Director Wang Zixing and choreographer Li Zhizhi were busy at the shooting site for a day, and they had to rush back to sort out the shooting materials for editing. In order to ensure the broadcast time and the quality of the works, they have been working hard to come early and go late to sleep and forget to eat during that time, but the 6.3 million views on the whole network are also the best reward for their hard work. I'm even more proud of them.
4. The ten stories you starred in are not only warm but also very grounded, can you tell you about some warm and unforgettable stories when you and the residents of Xinhua Street are shooting?
Wang Hongbin: The word warmth is well said, "Through a Hundred Battles", "Long Life and a Hundred Years", "Mixed Feelings", "Hundred Feet", "A Hundred Years of Foundation" and other ten warm stories, I can still accurately say their names, because each story makes me unforgettable. The most memorable is the episode of "Long Life and 100 Years". At that time, I was playing against tongzhou role model, Xinhua Street Ruyi community colorful armband volunteer Ren Wantian old man. Uncle Ren is an eighty-year-old party member, and he was particularly happy to learn that we were shooting a tribute film to celebrate the centenary of the founding of the party. During the filming process, the director and choreographer did not deliberately let Uncle Ren speak according to the lines of the script, but let me and Uncle Ren find the emotional burst point in a completely relaxed chat. Seriously, I think in this episode, Uncle Ren is the protagonist. In his narration, I strongly felt how important and great the party's position in the hearts of the people is. I am a young party member, and seeing that Uncle Ren has not forgotten his original intention at such an old age, he can still obey the party's command at all times and serve the people wholeheartedly. During the whole filming process, Uncle Ren was very excited, and finally took the initiative to ask for birthday wishes to the party through our lens.
5, you joined the party organization very early, as the head of the Xinhua Street 365 Volunteer Service Alliance, you have been engaged in volunteer service for six years, can you tell me about your understanding of these two identities? How do you exert the influence of both identities to serve the people?
Wang Hongbin: Whether it is a party member or a volunteer, the essence is selfless dedication. But you will find that the volunteer is not necessarily a party member, he can be an old man or a child; he can be an entrepreneur, a star, a housewife, a unit employee. As long as you have time and want to help others dedicate yourself, you can participate in your favorite volunteer service activities and become a volunteer. But party members can't do it; joining the party is faith and responsibility, and it is a mission to serve the people. Therefore, to become a party member is to not forget the original mission. I am very fortunate to be the head of the Xinhua Street 365 Volunteer Service Alliance, which gives me a feeling of integrating my work into my faith. Every time I see the residents of Xinhua Street find the joy of dedication in our elaborate volunteer service activities, I feel particularly happy. As a party member, bringing more and better volunteer service activities to the residents of Xinhua Street, so that they can happily participate in them, I feel that this is also my responsibility and mission to serve the people. And under my influence, my colleagues and friends around me not only actively participated in volunteer service activities, but also had a firmer confidence in faith.
6, 2022 is the Year of the Tiger, do you have any wishes?
Wang Hongbin: I think the Year of the Tiger is a good sign, the tiger is mighty! In 2022, I hope that the epidemic will be over and the Winter Olympics will be successfully held. In 2022, I have a big wish to have more people join the ranks of volunteering, and I also want to work with my best film and television team to complete a series reflecting the story of colorful armband volunteers. In my heart, the story of the colorful armband is really unspeakable, I believe that my team will definitely dig out more volunteer stars and their stories, it is estimated that 100 episodes are not enough!
