At the beginning of November 2019, Zhang Kai organized the detection of a drug trafficking case, arrested 5 criminal suspects, seized a total of 478 kilograms of caffeine and sodium coffee, and a number of raw materials for drug production, and successfully smashed a drug trafficking gang. He and his colleagues continued to dig deep and expand the line, and pulled out the target case of the Public Security Bureau for manufacturing and trafficking drugs. The case involved 3 league cities and 5 banner counties and districts, arrested 51 drug-related personnel, and seized 2.8 tons of caffeine.
At the beginning of January 2022, Zhang Kai found that someone bought a large number of food additives from the Internet and changed the delivery address many times, and Zhang Kai immediately determined that this person was suspected of drug trafficking. After following and squatting, it was finally found that the suspect and his relatives were manufacturing drugs under the guise of "food additives". In less than 20 days, the case was successfully solved, and a total of nearly 1.6 tons of caffeine and 1.4 tons of raw materials for drug production were seized. At the same time, the suspect confessed to the "online" purchase of drug-making raw materials online, and Zhang Kai led the police to the field to successfully arrest him.
At the beginning of December 2022, Zhang Kai got a clue that a drug ex-offender was preparing to return after buying drugs from other places. Zhang Kai quickly organized his arrest and learned of his online traces. While preparing the arrest plan, Zhang Kai's father was hospitalized due to illness. He just went to the hospital to see his father and left. On January 11, 2023, Zhang Kai rushed to the field to arrest and bring the online suspect back to the Hangjin Houqi Public Security Bureau.
Dan's heart is a pure land
In 2019, Zhang Kai organized the reconstruction of the Hangjin Houqi Community Drug Treatment Community Rehabilitation Center and the "Oasis Home" workstation. So far, the workstation has controlled 62 community drug rehabilitation personnel and 89 community rehabilitation personnel. The station has set up an anti-drug education base, displaying a variety of drug simulations, VR real cameras, drug abuse experience machines, etc., to realize the function of anti-drug propaganda and education, and more than 40,000 people have been directly educated since the establishment of the station.
In 2021, under his coordination, he reached a follow-up care agreement with the local Wuyuan Drug Rehabilitation Center, and cooperated with local departments and caring enterprises to help drug abusers actively solve problems such as employment, life and their children's schooling, and effectively help and reform drug addicts so that they can return to society as soon as possible. Zhang Kai has helped more than 40 drug-related personnel, sent countless daily necessities, and the subsidy cost is as much as tens of thousands of yuan. Zhang Kai often said: "If they can reform and never get involved in drugs again, it will be worth it no matter how much I pay." ”
Wang, who was forcibly isolated for drug rehabilitation, was executed for drug abuse. After leaving the institute in 2018, Zhang Kai conducted psychological counseling for him many times. Zhang Kai also vouched for Wang and found a job delivering couriers. So far, Wang has never been contaminated with drugs again. After his return, Wang made a special trip to the anti-drug brigade and sent a pennant to Zhang Kai: "A heart for the prodigal son to turn back, all kinds of care to reshape life." In 2019, Zhang Kai also introduced the object to Wang. At present, Wang and his wife run a small shop, and the family's life is thriving.
Zhang Kai has walked into schools, communities, squares and other crowded places many times, integrating the art forms such as two-person platforms and sketches that are popular with the local people with anti-drug knowledge, and carried out nearly 100 anti-drug publicity activities with different characteristics. He focused on the school, and organized and carried out activities such as "an anti-drug letter to parents", "anti-drug knowledge competition" and "anti-drug oath", so that more students and parents could participate in the anti-drug ranks in the form of small hands joining big hands.
