It can be seen from the official notice issued by the Kailu County People's Government that more and more netizens can also show that it is not the local farmers of Kailu County who sign the land lease contract with the village committee, but those who are registered in Horqin District, Tongliao City. Contractors from Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, leased 5,600 mu of land for 4 yuan per mu per year for the construction of dairy farms and forage planting, but later on, they did not actually cultivate such a large area of land, but leased it to others at a price of 700 yuan per mu per year.
A simple calculation shows that they need to pay a total of 24,000 yuan in lease fees to the village committee every year, and even if the area they sublease is 5,000 mu, the land rent they can get every year is 3.5 million yuan! They are not satisfied with such great economic benefits, and they still want to continue to use the land that belongs to the Shuangsheng Village collective to make money for themselves.
In fact, to put it bluntly, they were the former "landlords" and representatives of capital! They tried to make use of their capital superiority to continue to exploit the interests of the village collectives and peasants.
Imagine, if they can pay this part of the land contract fee, it is 1.12 million yuan, and with this part of the land contract fee, how much public welfare can the village collective do? Build roads, build bridges, build fitness squares, build nursing homes for the elderly in the village, or discuss the distribution of this part of the cost through the villagers' meeting!
Therefore, the power of capital is very strong, and for us ordinary people, there are some things that we ourselves cannot imagine! They can use some resources that we cannot imagine, such as news media, Internet public opinion, and even some political resources, for the purpose of continuing to exploit our ordinary people and thus realize their own interests! All they pursue is how much money they can make and how much net profit they can achieve! As for the social welfare responsibilities that they should have assumed, they left it behind, and they didn't care about the lives of ordinary people.
