Question 1: How to choose a safe hair color product?
Hair coloring products are easy to have allergic reactions when used, so consumers must buy regular products, carefully read the instructions before use, and do a test test according to the requirements to confirm safety before using.
Consumers can refer to the recommendations in the product label and their actual needs for hair color to determine the hair color interval, but it should not be too frequent.
The European Cosmetics Association recommends that the interval between two hair colorings should usually be more than 4 to 6 weeks, and domestic hair care experts recommend not more than 4 times a year.
Question 2: Is there any harm in the hair coloring product when it touches the skin? How to clean up the skin?
Hair coloring products have certain irritation and sensitization. In order to prevent skin, nails, etc. from being irritated by hair dye or dyed, please be sure to wear gloves provided in the product packaging to reduce the exposure of hair dye to the skin and minimize the risk of potential adverse reactions, or apply petroleum jelly to skin areas that are easy to contact the hair dye product.
In case of getting on the skin, wipe it off immediately, use toothpaste, cleansing oil, olive oil, etc. to improve the cleaning effect, and then rinse with water.
If the skin symptoms are still severe or not relieved after the surface hair dye is removed, you should go to the hospital in time, and it is recommended to bring the hair coloring products used when you seek medical treatment.
Question 3: What are the precautions for hair coloring in the elderly?
Due to the low resistance and decreased immunity of the elderly, coupled with more white hair, they need to dye a large area, or even the whole head, so the use of hair dyeing products is larger, and it is more likely than young people to have toxic reactions such as allergies after hair dyeing.
From a health perspective, the number of uses should be reduced as much as possible, and hair color products should not be changed frequently.
