CCTV news: Yesterday (January 19), at the press conference of the National Development and Reform Commission, the relevant person in charge of the State Railway Group said that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, efforts will be made to fill the blank space of the western railway, build a multi-directional passage into Tibet, improve the external passage out of Xinjiang, accelerate the preliminary work of the New Tibet Railway, and create conditions to start the construction of key road sections.
