According to public information, the project plans to settle in the GAC Intelligent Network New Energy Automobile Industrial Park, with a total investment of about 463 million yuan, one planning, two phases of investment, the first phase of the planned production capacity of 300,000 automotive IGBT modules, planned to be put into production in 2023; the second phase of the planned production capacity of 300,000 automotive IGBT modules, planned to be put into operation in 2025. After the completion of the project, the total production capacity of 600,000 pieces/year can be realized.
