Deputy Chen Linguo pointed out that the problems of difficult supervision, evidence collection and disposal in the field of elevator safety need to be solved urgently. It is suggested that the relevant provisions of the "Xiamen Special Economic Zone Elevator Safety Management Regulations" can be referred to, "the ventilation and heat dissipation conditions of the elevator machine room must meet the needs of the safe operation of the elevator, and the unit responsible for the elevator management that violates the regulations shall be ordered by the market supervision and management department to make corrections within a time limit; if it is not corrected within the time limit, it will be fined between 10,000 yuan and 30,000 yuan", and at the same time, the temperature of the elevator machine room will be regarded as a routine item for daily maintenance and inspection during the high temperature season.

"You can also refer to the fine standards of the Shanghai Elevator Safety Management Measures and the Shaanxi Provincial Elevator Safety Management Measures to greatly increase the punishment in our province." Chen Linguo proposed that it is recommended to equip video surveillance facilities as a hard standard for installing elevators in residential areas, and strengthen digital supervision by promoting elevator informatization construction.
