The nucleic acid emergency sampling team adopts a full-loop management method, and the sampling scope is mainly nucleic acid detection of home-controlled and isolated personnel, tracking nucleic acid retesting of positive personnel after large screening, supporting community nucleic acid sampling, and emergency nucleic acid sampling.
"What scares me the most is the one that makes me most tired, which is to go to the door to take samples." Mao Xihong introduced that door-to-door sampling requires more experience and physical fitness, wearing "big white" every day, going to different communities, and encountering all kinds of people. Lack of experience at first, the team members often leave at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, busy until more than 1 o'clock in the morning, come back to eat, take a shower and rest, and then go on the mission the next day. Later, it slowly went smoothly, and everyone shrank from 12 hours of work to 10 hours, and now, if it is fast, it can be reduced to 8 hours.
She told reporters that because she was wearing "big white", when it was hot for several days last month, the surgical gowns and pants worn by the team members were wet and dry. When working, everyone does not eat or drink or go to the toilet, girls wear diapers when they come to menstruation, and when they come back to take the car, they dare not sit the seat. On April 6, she had diarrhea in the morning, ate two berberines before leaving, and put on diapers to be relieved.

Because many old public houses do not have elevators, door-to-door sampling requires non-stop climbing.
