It is reported that whale exploration affiliated company is Hangzhou Ant Kuai Technology Co., Ltd., established in August 2021, wholly owned by Ant Chain (Shanghai) Digital Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, and its business scope includes digital content production services (excluding publishing and distribution), art (beauty) art, collectible identification and evaluation services, etc.
It is understood that Whale Detective is the original Alipay fan granule iteration product, previously, it announced the NFT's free transfer function, stipulating that after 180 days of user real-name authentication and holding the collection, it can be transferred to users who are Chinese mainland residents and have reached the age of 14, and if the recipient wants to transfer the gift again, he needs to hold the collection for two years.
Whale Detective's official WeChat public account "Whale Detective Digital Collector" issued this announcement, which pointed out that after technical filtering and further verification, the platform imposed penalties on illegal users to restrict the transfer of digital collections, and published a list of penalties for 56 illegal users. At the same time, Whale Detective officials expressed their firm opposition to any form of resale of digital collections, saying that this behavior often has the risk of fraud, which is easy to trigger bad speculation and contradicts the positioning of digital collections.
