Wang Changrong, male, Han ethnicity, born in December 1962, from Songyang, Zhejiang. He began his career in August 1982 and joined the Communist Party of China in August 1988.

He once served as deputy director of the Lishui District Health Bureau; deputy secretary of the Yunhe County Party Committee, secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, and president of the Party School of the county party committee; deputy secretary general, secretary general and director of the office of the Lishui Municipal Party Committee; member and secretary general of the Standing Committee of the Lishui Municipal Party Committee; member of the Standing Committee of the Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee, director of the Organization Department, president of the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee; deputy secretary of the Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee and secretary of the Political and Legal Committee; executive vice president of the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee (at the level of director of the main hall); secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee; and member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and secretary of the Political and Legal Committee in November 2017 (2017.12).
