　　Wang Changrong, male, Han ethnicity, born in December 1962, Songyang, Zhejiang, began his career in August 1982, joined the Communist Party of China in August 1988, graduated from the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee.

　　He once served as a member of the party group and deputy director of the Lishui District Health Bureau, deputy secretary of the Yunhe County Party Committee, secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, deputy secretary general and director of the office of the Lishui Municipal Party Committee, member of the Standing Committee and secretary general of the Lishui Municipal Party Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee, director of the Organization Department, president of the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee, deputy secretary of the Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee, secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, secretary of the Agricultural and Industrial Committee, executive vice president of the Party School of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee (at the level of director of the main department), and vice president of zhejiang administrative college.
