According to Hebei Daily, from November 20 to 21, the 14th plenary session of the Ninth Hebei Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Shijiazhuang. The plenary session deliberated and adopted the decision of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission on retroactively giving Comrade Wang Chang the punishment of revoking his party post, giving Comrade Wang Dongqun a one-year probation in the party, expelling Gao Hongzhi from the party, and expelling Di Yi from the party.

Wang Chang, male, born in October 1959, has served as director of the Hebei Provincial Office of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, director of the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hebei Province, director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Hebei Province, and since 2018, he has successively served as the director of the Internal and Judicial Work Committee of the Standing Committee of the Hebei Provincial People's Congress and the director of the Financial and Economic Work Committee of the Standing Committee of the Hebei Provincial People's Congress.

On February 17 this year, the Standing Committee of the 13th People's Congress of Hebei Province announced that the 38th session of the Standing Committee of the 15th People's Congress of Tangshan City decided on January 15 to remove Wang Chang from his post as a deputy to the 13th Provincial People's Congress. Wang Chang was removed from his post as chairman of the Financial and Economic Work Committee of the Standing Committee of the Hebei Provincial People's Congress on February 17.

The Paper noted that Wang Dongqun was formerly secretary of the Dingzhou Municipal CPC Committee (at the level of deputy department head), Gao Hongzhi was formerly secretary of the Handan Municipal CPC Committee in Hebei Province, and Di Yi was formerly deputy secretary of the Hengshui Municipal CPC Committee. Among them, Wang Dongqun and Gao Hongzhi have previously voluntarily surrendered, but the official has not disclosed the news of Di Yi's investigation, but the 38th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Ninth People's Congress of Xinji City decided on May 7 to remove Di Yi from his post as a deputy to the 13th People's Congress of Hebei Province.
