In terms of promoting the high-quality development of China-Europe express trains, we will upgrade and transform the railway ports and the "card neck" sections in the rear of the China-Europe express trains, and accelerate the upgrading of technical equipment and information construction. Accelerate the construction of a China-Europe train assembly center, promote the unified waybill of China-Europe trains and the mixed transportation of domestic and foreign trade goods, improve the efficiency of cargo source assembly and train operation, and expand the scope of railway freight trains in Tuding. Improve the assessment and evaluation system of China-Europe trains, improve the industry self-discipline mechanism, consolidate and maintain the brand image, and strengthen risk prevention and control. Promote the convergence and unification of international railway intermodal transport rules, explore the establishment of new rules for the linkage development with trade and finance, and promote the establishment of an intergovernmental cooperation mechanism for China-Europe express trains.
In terms of ensuring the safety of the international logistics supply chain, we will build demonstration projects in Chengdu, Chongqing, Zhengzhou, Xi'an, Urumqi and other China-Europe train assembly centers, integrate the train operation platform, strengthen the unified brand of China-Europe trains, and create star transportation products.
