Since 2021, Loudi has fully launched the five-year action of improving the city's rural human settlement environment, and established an efficient and powerful working mechanism of upper-level linkage, departmental collaboration, and efficient and powerful work mechanism in accordance with the responsibility system of "municipal overall planning, county and city responsibility, departmental responsibility, rural implementation, and villager main body".
