Hunan mothers have been riding 600,000 kilometers in 27 years to find their daughters, but after finding their daughters, they said that their tears had dried up

author:Headlines looking for people

In the past year, Sun Haiyang, one of the prototypes of the movie "Dear", finally found his son Sun Zhuo, who had been abducted for 15 years. Guo Gangtang, the prototype of "Lost Orphans", also found his son Guo Zhen, who had been abducted for 24 years. In addition, the news that the boy successfully searched for relatives with a hand-drawn map and a video that helped the man find his twin brothers also received widespread attention.

Behind these reunions is a relay of goodwill and love, liking and forwarding again and again, and looking for people in pop-up windows or videos. They are like the "messengers" of the seeker, enough to restore a missing family.

As the Spring Festival approached, we contacted 3 families looking for relatives. They have been separated from their families for more than a decade, or even decades, and are finally reunited with the help of headline searchers, about to usher in the first Spring Festival after reunion.

On May 31, 2021, 57-year-old Zeng Qingjiao met her youngest daughter, who had been separated for 27 years.

In 1994, after Zeng Qingjiao came home from work, her eldest daughter cried and told her, "My sister was taken away by a strange uncle." Zeng Qingjiao mobilized the whole family to search for Xiangtan and did not find it, so she simply rode on a two-eight bicycle, tied a quilt and left.

"Big eyes and long eyelashes." Chen Guiping kept repeating the appearance of her 3-year-old daughter in her mind, afraid of forgetting. When she meets a similar girl on the road, she will silently observe for a long time, and even can't help but inquire about the last name of the other parent.

In 27 years, she traveled from Xiangtan all the way to Jiangxi, Guangdong, Chongqing, Sichuan and other places, and spent all her family's savings. In order to save money, she did not stay in the hotel, did not eat breakfast, bought a few steamed buns when she was hungry, and covered with a quilt to rest on the side of the road when it was dark.

In 2020, Zeng Qingjiao accidentally fell into a mud pit while riding, injured her foot, and had no choice but to return to her hometown in Xiangtan and began to live-stream her relatives. After the Spring Festival, she contacted Ma Shuifeng, a volunteer searcher, and posted her female search notice on the other party's abduction car.

A netizen took a picture of Ma Shuifeng's search notice on the car and posted it to his Douyin account. Unexpectedly, I was really seen by the community where Chen Guiping lived. With the cooperation of the police department, the blood relationship was confirmed.

On the day of the family portrait, Zeng Qingjiao and her two daughters stood on a section of railway track. The road to find relatives finally reached the end, zeng Qingjiao remembered that the sunset that day was very beautiful.

See you after 200 live broadcasts

Fifteen years ago, my mother and sister were abducted and sold to Anhui by a familiar relative. Dad worked outside the home for many years, and Li Meixian lived with her frail and sickly brother and searched for him many times in Sichuan and other places. In the past two years, Li Meixian has broadcast more than 200 family searches live, hoping to find her mother and sister.

On April 1, 2021, Li Meixian and her brother did a douyin live broadcast at the Bijie Baili Rhododendron Scenic Spot in Guizhou, looking for her mother and sister who had been separated for 15 years. They pulled on the white suitcase with the search notice printed on it, turned on the loudspeaker, and tried to attract attention, but they attracted some tourists' questions and the security guards drove them away. Li Meixian was in a hurry and directly knelt in the middle of the scenic avenue.

At about the same time, more than 1,000 kilometers away, an old man in Fuyang, Anhui Province, saw that Li Meixian in the live broadcast room was looking for someone who might be his daughter-in-law, so he showed his mobile phone to his daughter-in-law. After the other party saw it, he immediately left a message in the live broadcast room: "Sister, it's me, I'm Xian Qiao." After being reminded by Douyin netizens, Li Meixian found this message, she stared at the screen, excited and unable to speak. On April 7, Li Meixian took her brother and recognized her mother and sister in the distance.

On the day of the photo shoot, my mother and sister changed into bright red coats. The family was finally reunited, and Li Meixian smiled sweetly.

Spanning 1095 kilometers of care

On July 19, 2021, the day after Li Shuqin released the Douyin video, he found his brother Li Shuwen, who had been separated for 33 years.

In 1988, my mother and brother went to dig in the field and were abducted by a neighbor a few hundred meters from his house. Li Shuqin, 8, vaguely knew that traffickers had brought her mother and brother from Zunyi, Guizhou to Nanyang, Henan.

Later, the traffickers were caught, but Li Shuqin failed to ask any effective clues. After starting a family, he took his father, wife and son to Guangdong to make a living, and he also looked forward to asking for news about his mother and brother in that crowded land.

"Are you from Henan?" Where are you from Henan? Li Shuqin asked countless times, but there was still no result. In 2014, they returned to their hometown in Zunyi with their family. Learning that the trafficker was released from prison due to paralysis, Li Shuqin rekindled his hopes and found the other party again, but found that he was demented.

However, in the murmur of the traffickers, Li Shuqin heard a place name - Sheqi County, Nanyang City, Henan Province. In the remote county of 730,000 people, looking for a person who may have changed his name and identity, Li Shuqin found Wang Xiaoxin, a local Douyin master.

On July 18, Wang Xiaoxin helped him release a video of Douyin searching for relatives, which was seen by his brother in Sheqi County after several turns. The two exchanged selfies and found that their eyes and eyebrows were very similar. Sadly, mom died in 1997. In September last year, my brother took the photo on his mother's ID card and returned to Guizhou together.

When taking pictures, my brother deliberately brought a red scarf. The brothers stood beside their father, behind them two grapefruit trees that their mother had planted, now standing in the cold wind.

A name for 21 years

On September 11, 2021, Yang Yunlan took her old mother to welcome her sister, who had been lost for 21 years.

In 2000, the sister and husband divorced, and after the daughter, who was a few months old, was taken away, she had mental problems. Yang Yunlan has no picture of her sister and no culture, and has been searching like a headless fly for 21 years, and then constantly let the future students in the family post everywhere to post notices.

Until August 26, 2021, Yang Yunlan and her brother received a call from a toutiao search volunteer, saying that her sister had found it. Yang Yunlan saw the vibrato forwarded by the volunteers and suddenly recognized that the video was her sister who had not been seen for 21 years.

At the scene of the confession, the sister did not know the family, and at first there was some resistance. Yang Yunlan grabbed her and asked eagerly in her hometown dialect, "I'm a sister, do you still recognize me?" The old mother, who was already more than 80 years old, had tearful eyes, tightly held Yang Yunlan's hand, and stared at her.

No one knows what her little sister has experienced when she left home in 21 years. On May 9, 2021, Yang Yunzhen was rescued by the Jiangxi Xiajiang County Rescue Management Station, which contacted the headline search and helped Yang Yunzhen post a home search video on Douyin. Due to the disappearance of several years, Yang Yunzhen's account was cancelled. After Yang Yunzhen returned home, her family re-added her name to the household registration book.

On the day of taking a family portrait, Yang Yunlan's family sat together. The fire is exuberant, making people feel warm in the cold winter.

There are many, many more such stories. In 2021, the Headlines Charity Project also helped reunite nearly 3,000 separated families. Since February 2016, Headline Seeker has helped reunite 18,000 families. We firmly believe that the reunion may be late, but it will not be absent.
