Comrade Zhang Xinxin gave a concise and concise explanation to everyone from the aspects of trade union organizations, trade union rights and obligations, and grass-roots trade union organizations, and community workers, some members of social organizations, and social workers participated in the study of the Trade Union Law of the People's Republic of China.

On December 24, 2021, the 32nd Session of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress adopted a decision on amending the Trade Union Law of the People's Republic of China. Comparing the changes in the provisions before and after, one of the highlights is to expand the coverage of trade union organizations and trade union work to social organizations, and to make it clear that workers in social organizations have the right to join and organize trade unions in accordance with the law.
As the main body of public services, social organizations are established for non-profit purposes such as public welfare purposes or the common interests of members, so they play a decisive and unique role in the political and economic life of the mainland. In recent years, the chemical community has used the Zhongcheng Social Work Service Center in Pingchuan District to incubate and cultivate a number of social organizations that have gone deep into the grassroots and sourced the masses, and these social organizations have played an important role in enriching mass cultural activities, carrying out volunteer activities to clean homes, "three cities co-creation", "learning lei feng volunteer activities", epidemic prevention and control and other work.
Reforming the management system of social organizations and promoting the healthy and orderly development of social organizations is conducive to clarifying the relationship between the government, the market, and society, and improving the socialist market economic system; it is conducive to improving the mode of public service supply and strengthening and innovating social governance; and it is conducive to stimulating social vitality and consolidating and expanding the party's ruling foundation.
These changes in the Trade Union Law embody the important position of social organizations in the new era and the importance of strengthening the construction of trade unions in social organizations, and will certainly further promote the healthy and orderly development of social organizations and promote social organizations to give full play to their important role.
