　　On the afternoon of January 19, the 12th Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference held a chairman's meeting. Liu Xiaokai, chairman of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, presided over the meeting; Vice Chairmen Zuo Dingchao, Li Hanyu, Zhou Jiankun, Luo Ning, Chen Jian, Ren Xiangsheng, Sun Chengyi, Zhang Guangqi, and Chen Yan, and Secretary General Xiong Dewei attended the meeting.

　　The meeting listened to the explanations given by the relevant responsible comrades of the Organization Department of the Provincial CPC Committee and the United Front Work Department of the Provincial CPC Committee on relevant topics; deliberated on relevant personnel matters, the election methods for the Fifth Session of the Twelfth CPPCC Provincial Committee (draft), and the list of voters and supervisors (draft) for the election of directors and supervisors at the Fifth Session of the Twelfth CPPCC Provincial Committee, and agreed to submit them to the Standing Committee meeting of the Provincial CPPCC Committee for deliberation in accordance with procedures.

　　The deputy secretary-general of the Fifth Session of the Twelfth CPPCC Provincial Committee and the responsible comrades of the organizational group attended the meeting as observers.
