Chairman Mao was 67 years old when he wrote this letter, and Mao Anqing was 37 years old. Although Chairman Mao was worried about his son's marriage, he still attached importance to his son's body and his son's feelings, fully attached importance to his son's views, and respected his son's choice.
Although his heart is anxious, he has adopted the most democratic way to deal with his son's marriage, and he only guides and gives opinions, without a bit of paternalistic style.

When he was older, Shao Hua would teach his son to recite Chairman Mao's poems and tell him the story of Chairman Mao. When I was in school, the teacher asked the students to tell stories, and Mao Xinyu would tell stories about his grandfather, and everyone said that Mao Xinyu told it well.

Shao Hua is a good wife, and naturally understands her husband's choice. Although she had never met her mother, from the historical data, she could deeply understand her mother's greatness.
Therefore, Shao Hua proposed to be buried with her husband by her mother's side after death and perform filial piety for her mother.
