Romano: Newcastle negotiated a contract with Diego Carlos, but Sevilla was not satisfied with the 35 million euros offer

According to Italian journalist Romano, Newcastle has agreed on personal terms with Sevilla centre-back Diego Carlos, but their €35 million offer has not met Sevilla's psychological expectations.
