Kivnon – three new warehouse mobile robots
Recently, Kivnon, a specialist in mobile robotics solutions in Spain, expanded its mobile robot portfolio with a new range of autonomous forklifts and a new "rotary lift" platform for automated guided vehicles or autonomous mobile robots. Three new autonomous vehicles: the K03 Twister, the K50 Pallet Truck and the K55 Pallet Stacker, are capable of circulating in the environment using magnetic conductivity or mapping navigation based on synchronous positioning and mapping (SLAM) technology.
Raymond – Automatic tractor
On January 19, the Raymond Courier 3220 automatic tractor was launched at Greene-Raymond, New York. Weighing up to 15,000 pounds, the Raymond Courier 3220 combines vision-guided technology with heavy-duty towing capabilities to further expand Raymond's end-to-end intralogistics logistics solutions. K.Hartwall, Finland – automatic lifting tray AGV
Finland's K.Hartwall has launched a new autonomous mobile robot (AMR) called A-MATE, the first fully electric automatic lifting tray AGV on the market with omnidirectional drive. With a load capacity of 1000 kg and a lifting height of 1 m, the A-MATE is ideal for loading/unloading conveyors and pallet racks. In addition, thanks to its ultra-thin design, the A-MATE can move freely through narrow aisles and pallet stacks. A-MATE combines SLAM navigation with innovative fleet management for a comprehensive overview and control of logistics operations.
SafeLog – Warehouse robot
SafeLog introduced warehouse robots that can be operated individually or in "swarms" and said it offers a customized AGV solution that does not require control station connections. The latest model, the SafeLog AGV L1, can lift loads up to 1500 kg.
Miso Robotics – Carry, a robot transporting crops
Miso Robotics startup launches its first agricultural robot, Carry. Carry is a self-driving harvesting companion that transports up to 500 pounds of crops in all terrains and weather, and it can increase productivity by 80 percent, meaning it only takes 80 days to pay for itself. Carry relies on artificial intelligence to transport hand-picked crops and work with humans, rather than trying to directly replace the delicate picking process.

Hyundai Motor Group has re-introduced a new "walking car" robot that can roll on the road on wheels or stand up and drive on complex terrain. This time, the concept is designed to carry cargo, and small enough to be carried by drone. Boston Dynamics – the new warehouse robot
Boston Dynamics, an American robotics company, has released a new robot called Stretch to carry boxes. Stretch has a small mobile base that can move around tight spaces in a warehouse without having to readjust the structure of the warehouse. It comes with an arm, and a smart gripper with advanced sensing and computer vision cameras that can identify and handle a variety of boxes. Stretch can carry about 50 pounds (about 23 kilograms) of boxes, and the top speed can reach 800 boxes per hour.
Desmasa – Mobile collaborative robot
An automation technology company in Spain called Desmasa has launched what it describes as a "mobile collaborative robot" (MCR). The MCR is a versatile unit ready to work with the operator and is "ideal for a wide range of applications in production plants". The new Fanuc cobot CRX model is available in two sizes – the CRX-10iA and CRX-10iA/L – reaching 1249 mm and 1418 mm respectively, with a load capacity of 10 kg, which makes it a "versatile robot".
Seegrid – Palion 8 Series Visual Navigation AMR
Seegrid launches the Palion Pallet Truck 8 series. It is part of Seegrid's new Palen AMR series. The new stacker truck includes lane staging capabilities – autonomously identifying, establishing and occupying lanes for pick-up and unloading of palletized goods. The Palion 8 Series unmanned autonomous stacker trucks have a payload capacity of 8,000 lbs (3.6 t) and travel speeds of up to 4 mph (6.4). AMRs use stereo cameras, algorithms, and machine learning to build 3D maps of the environment.
IAM ROBOTICS – Medium AMR
IAM Robotics announced a new robot, bolt, that will break the boundaries of the midline automated mobile robot (AMR) market. Adaptable – Bolt can retrofit a variety of top plates to meet demand, from pick-up arms to pallet handlers. The Bolt uses a 360-degree field of view and combines state-of-the-art sensors with a direct-drive hub motor to ensure complete safety. Bolt battery capacity is 3.5 times that of comparable AMRs, can run continuously for 20 hours, and has a load of 661 pounds.

Oxbotica & AppliedEV – the largest AMR robot
Oxbotica and AppliedEV announced a collaboration to develop a fully autonomous, multi-purpose electric vehicle capable of being deployed in a variety of environments for a variety of commercial applications. The project combines Oxbotica's self-driving car software with AppliedEV's EV-Skateboard platform. The first application of the new platform will be industrial logistics and cargo delivery.
Amazon — Bert, Scooter, Kermit and astro, a mobile robot for home use
Bert aims to navigate freely through its facilities using advanced safety, perception and navigation technologies. According to Amazon, Bert would not have to stay in a confined space and would be used to carry individual items through its fulfillment center. In the future, Bert could also be used to move heavier items or carts carrying packages.
The Scooter and Kermit, both autonomous guided carts, are mainly used for the transport of trolleys and storage baskets.
Scooter can transport multiple fixed trolleys at a time and transport them to a designated location via a program set by the machine.
The Kermit is smaller than the Scooter and follows a special wiring on the ground to transport the baskets. Amazon said it will deploy Kermit at at least a dozen sites in North America this year, while also trying to deploy Scooter in a very small number of operations.

DMG Sen Seiki - orbitless AGV
Recently, DMG Sen Seiki launched the new generation of conveyor system "WH-AGV5" composed of a combination of trackless AGVs (unmanned vehicles) and human-assisted robots. It can walk autonomously, can handle processed workpieces, loading and unloading, etc., without the need for tapes or marking driving routes. It offers high operating performance on steps such as cable ducts with a maximum height of 35 mm. Laser scanners detect people and obstacles and avoid them while driving, so there is no need for safety fences.
American Creform – Ultra-long two-way AGV
The American company Creform has launched an ultra-long two-way AGV. The AGV features Creform bolt-on drives that follow the boot path independently at each end to ensure accurate and repeatable tracking and provide greater mobility flexibility. The AGV is primarily used to transport light frames for automotive assembly customers. It's about 17 feet long and can fit a frame. It is specially custom designed and manufactured from prefabricated steel for high strength and durability.
Hansung Welltech – series AGVs
South Korean company Hansung Welltech has launched AGVs that can be used on a variety of construction sites. Depending on the user environment, Hansung Welltech can provide customized AGVs for magnetic tapes, magnetic rods, magnetic dots, laser sensors, and QR code sensing methods. Hansung Welltech's POWER AGV is capable of product loading related to automated equipment as well as continuous and repetitive transport operations.
Iron Ox – a mobile robot for moving and monitoring indoor crops
Iron Ox announces the availability of grover, a crop-assisted mobile robot capable of lifting and moving up to 1,000 pounds of payload. Grover can autonomously navigate through the greenhouse, moving plant growth modules wherever they are needed, whether it's new plants, sunlight, nutrition, water, or harvest. The main cargo is a 6×6 foot module to house hydroponic products. Modules are moved to one machine to scan their progress and then transferred to another site for additional care or harvest. The system navigates a space for growth through on-board lidar and multiple sets of forward and upward-facing cameras.
Modern cars – four-wheeled robots
Hyundai unveiled its new product: a four-wheeled robot, called MobED, and displayed support for a baby seat and a vertical display. The MobED features a simple rectangular platform design with four multi-angle steering wheels, each with an independent suspension system and 12-inch tires to handle different road conditions. Each wheel is equipped with 3 independent motorcycles, which not only provide power, but also control its steering, as well as control the walking posture of the entire car. The MobED is 67cm long, 60cm wide, 33cm high, weighs 50kg, has a top speed of 30km/h, and can travel for 4 hours when fully charged.
Spanish robotics company PAL – Mobile Collaborative Robot
Spain's PAL Robotics announced the launch of TIAGo OMNI++, a new member of the TIAGo robotics family, an all-round drive robot for mobile operations. The TIAGo OMNI++ is equipped with an omnidirectional drive with 3 degrees of freedom McName wheels. TIAGo OMNI++ is a two-handed platform with interchangeable end effectors, 360-degree lidar, and a screen. The goal is to create a platform that is easy to configure and can meet the research needs of any robot.
Bollore & Botsync – Autonomous mobile robots
The Singapore branch of the French logistics company Bollore is working with Botsync Robotics singapore to develop the MAG300 Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR), which includes a cart that can be easily carried by employees, traditional material handling equipment (MHE) or the robot itself. The MAG300's collision avoidance system is equipped with multiple sensors at the front and rear, capable of detecting any moving or stationary object up to five meters away and quickly adjusting its route to avoid it.
K rcher, Germany & Brain, USA – Cleaning robots
Brain, a provider of software for industrial floor cleaning robots, has launched its "first professional autonomous vacuum cleaner" Kira CV 60/1. The new machine was developed in collaboration with cleantech supplier K rcher. Powered by Brain's proprietary operating system BrainOS, the Kira CV 60/1 lithium battery extends uptime and speeds up charging, constantly scanning and adapting to the environment's advanced cameras and sensors connect to the cloud's AI software. HEPA-grade vacuum bags, a reporting tool that provides managers with key insights into operational performance indicators, provide optimal health protection.
Sugino Machinery – a small tracked robot
Sugino Machinery has released a small crawler robot for water spraying operations, which improves work efficiency through semi-automated operation. The small crawler robot dedicated to water spraying is equipped with an articulated arm equipped with a spray gun and has a compact dimension of 940 x 500 x 1620 mm and a machine width of 500 mm, so it can pass through the width of the working scaffolding. The robot is expected to be mainly used for concrete stripping of highways, piers, interior and exterior walls of buildings, chipping work, removal of paint film from vehicles and ships, and cleaning of heat exchangers and external surfaces of pipes.
