The meeting elected Ding Zhaolu as chairman of the Seventh Heihe City Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; Ma Dan, Zhu Liying, Feng Yun, Guo Jianhua, Jin Wenying, and Wang Chengwu as vice chairmen of the Seventh Heihe City Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; Qu Minglong as secretary general of the Seventh Heihe City Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; and Jing Ran and 44 other members as standing members of the Seventh Heihe City Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
