By retrieving surveillance around the scene of the crime, the Video Policing Section of the Command Office quickly locked up the suspect's situation, and a man rode a tricycle to steal a nearby parked bicycle.
At 3:00 a.m. on January 6, when the suspect committed another crime, he was seized on the spot by the police of the Chengguan Police Station. After questioning, the suspect Niu Mou is the administrator of the nearby parking lot, and when he worked at night, he found that there were many bicycles parked at the nearby station, so he had the idea of stealing cars for money.
According to the police, from January 2 to 6 this year, Niu Mou stole bicycles around large and small bus stations and subway stations in the Chengguan area, and directly put the vehicle on his own electric tricycle each time, filling 10 vehicles in one night. After that, Niu sold the vehicle at a price of 25 yuan per vehicle, and has sold nearly 30 bicycles.
At present, Niu Mou has been criminally detained by the Fangshan police for theft.
Police tips: bicycle anti-theft tips
1． Use a good quality lock, or lock the car with two different locks. Lock the car to fixed or easily damaged objects.
2． Don't lock the padlock too close to the ground, so that the thief will put the lock on the ground and smash it with a hammer.
3． No matter where you go, even if you only leave for a minute, you must lock the car, don't be afraid of trouble, there is any luck.
4． When you go to a public place, be sure to put the car in the storage area and let people take care of it. Once you have to park in an unattended place, try to park in a place that is easier to see for yourself or passers-by and businesses, and it is most likely to be stolen in a place that is too remote.
5． At home or work, it is best to move the car into the carport for storage. If there is no carport, it is best to lock the car on the railing and other fixtures with a wire lock at night or for a long time, or lock the two cars together, so that the possibility of loss is much smaller.
