Moderator: Here are a few questions I would like to ask you, what new changes and opportunities will your institution bring to the maternal and infant market in the new wave of policy dividends such as "double reduction" and three children in 2021, and what new points of strength will your institution have in the new parenting environment?

Fang Xiujuan: What we do is the baby and child industry, the baby and child industry is more special, not the same as other industries, we have to pay attention to two groups at the same time, one is the child group, one is the mother, that is, the parent group, the parent group We will pay more attention to the mother a little.

Because I myself have been in this industry since 2015, and have been a lecturer of infant nutrition for a long time, the child population we pay attention to a lot, we found that with the evolution of the times, the current children will face a lot of problems, such as the problem of childhood obesity is getting more and more serious, China's children's knowledge, are still in large quantities, the early days are some language and mathematics education, in fact, nutrition education and diet education is very lacking, and China's own diet structure will have its own characteristics For example, if we are high-carbon water, there will be a little lack of protein and dietary fiber. We have found that today's children have great problems in a reasonable diet, that is, nutritional balance. It is precisely because of this problem that the problem of obesity in some children has become more and more serious, including some problems of eyes and teeth, and Chinese families have begun to pay attention to it. This is the child itself, because I have been doing this industry for a long time, so I slowly perceive more and more severe, and the proportion is getting higher and higher.

In addition, there is a group of parents, our current products are mainly after 90 and 95 parents, and there is still a big difference between the 80s, we often say that enterprises can survive in this environment is better, many times is the crowd dividend, to put it bluntly, it is 90 and 95 after this group, and the previous crowd has a very big different demand, such as he has his own career pursuit, he is not very willing, before the age of 3, after the age of 3, all at home with children, He will have such a demand point, but he hopes that I have better time for parent-child care, hope that there can be better some professional feeding or some solutions for parenting to me, so we found that for these parents after 90 and 95, they have a demand for this module of diet, called to be convenient and worry-free, our company is to combine the characteristics of children, and then combined with the characteristics of parents, we go to provide balanced nutrition and convenient, worry-free meals, just to solve this social problem.

Fang Xiujuan: You can talk all the way over, we are engaged in this industry at the beginning of what I want to do, the earliest I did myself as a infant nutrition lecturer, in this process, basically at that time I was a nutrition lecturer, I can't go away, we finished the class, when the class came a lot of parents came to ask us, for example, I told him about the age of the child needs to supplement iron, the most important thing for the child is nutrition to be diversified, but when the class is over, there will always be many parents to ask you, how do I make up for it, where do I go to buy it? How to do nutritional balance, because I still have to go to work, at that time we found that my own personal feelings found that if I only do something in theoretical education, the problems it can solve are very limited, I can only solve theoretical problems, can not solve some practical problems.

It was also based on that time, I myself had an idea at that time, or to do a product brand, because you can really solve the user's problem, you will find that when you want to be nutritionally diversified, I give him a variety of nutritional products, such as when he wants to supplement iron, I also give him the corresponding product solution.

Our company has an IP, the core of this IP is around a thing in the doing, called food education, why do this thing, because we found that the product solutions we provide, just to a certain extent to help mothers solve some parenting anxiety problems, in fact, we feel that if for the whole society, the value can provide the greatest is to them, so that children know what nutrition is from an early age, develop good eating habits. You will find that we will go through the form of an IP, through the form of anime, and the form of picture books, all combined with our brand, and then tell the child, such as what food makes me stronger. In this process, we gradually let the child know some nutritional knowledge at a very young age, but all through interaction and play.

I myself learned nutrition when I was in college, and at that time I have been sharing with my friends that I learned nutrition in college, but the bad eating habits at that time have long been formed, so we said that if a child is exposed to these things in the early stage, he will develop some good eating habits when he is relatively young, which is beneficial to him for a lifetime.
