Recently, in the process of visiting the lianghe police station of the Shangzhi Public Security Bureau, the police found that a man who called himself "Zhang Yuhai" had no identity card, no household registration, and no family. According to the identity information provided by this person, the police contacted the police in Dezhou, Shandong, and the feedback was that there was no such person, which caused the police to be highly alert.
Through investigation, the police quickly locked in a fugitive from the Internet recorded by the Tianjin police, Sun Mouhua. After getting in touch with the Tianjin police, it was finally determined that "Zhang Yuhai" was Sun Mouhua, a fugitive from the murder case who had been absconding for 26 years.
On January 3, the police successfully arrested Sun Mouhua in Dongxing Village, Lianghe Town. After trial, Sun Mouhua (male, 49 years old, Yangxin, Shandong) truthfully confessed to the criminal facts of absconding in 1996 after having a verbal altercation with others after drinking in Nankai District, Tianjin City, and then absconding in fear of crime after committing a knife murder on a whim.
At present, Sun Mouhua has been handed over to the Tianjin police.
