Over the past 33 years, the special case team has repeatedly organized police forces to go to Xinjiang, Henan and other places to hunt down according to the escape route of the two people, but they have not obtained valuable information, and the two brothers of the Chen family seem to have evaporated in the world, and have not been heard from.

In July 2021, the Xiao County Public Security Bureau's homicide team re-investigated the old case, repeatedly sorted out the case facts, relied on the current advanced technical means, and tirelessly checked and compared the relevant clues and physical evidence again and again, and found that Wang Mou and Xu Mouhua, whose household registration was located in Yucheng, Henan, were very suspicious. The special case team dispatched elite police forces to form a platoon team, rushed to Yucheng, Henan Province, to conduct on-the-spot investigation and collect evidence, and then combined with the clues obtained in the early investigation, it was finally determined that the identity of criminal suspect Chen Mouhua bleached as Wang Mouzhong and the bleached identity of criminal suspect Chen Mouhua as Xu Mouhua.

After grasping the identity information of the two criminal suspects, the special case team immediately conducted a meticulous investigation of the whereabouts of the two. According to the trajectory of the two people's activities, the police judged that Chen Mouhua was currently in Suiyang District, Shangqiu City, Henan Province, while his younger brother Chen Mou went to Foshan City, Guangdong Province, to work, and the two brothers separated the two provinces, and it was very likely to hit the grass and snakes if they rushed to arrest them, so the special case group finally decided to attack in two ways at the same time after many days of discussion.

On January 3, 2022, according to the arrest plan drawn up in advance, the members of the special case team went to Shangqiu, Henan and Foshan, Guangdong, respectively, to find the hiding places of Chen Mouhua and Chen Mouhua based on the intelligence previously collected, and with the assistance of the local police, quickly launched an arrest operation, and finally successfully arrested the two. After Chen Mouhua and Chen Mou arrived at the case, under the interrogation of the police, they finally truthfully confessed their true identity and criminal facts.

At present, the criminal suspects Chen Mou and Chen Mouhua have been criminally detained by the police in accordance with the law on suspicion of intentional homicide, and the case is being further handled. (End)
