Recently, in the course of carrying out the patrol task of "special rectification action to crack down on illegal fishing in the Xinjiang and Rao River Basins", the Zhukeng Police Station of the Yiyang County Public Security Bureau and the Food and Drug Ring Brigade found a suspicious vehicle near the Yiyang County Industrial Park, and immediately went to check it out.
After ten minutes of rapid pursuit, the police finally stopped the suspect vehicle in the industrial park, and quickly controlled the vehicle, successfully controlling the 2 suspects in the car, Ai Mou and Zhang Mou. In the process of pursuit, the suspect successively threw an air gun from the window of the co-pilot's car, as well as a pheasant and a cuckoo obtained from illegal hunting, interfering with the sight of the pursuing police.
After questioning, it was learned that the suspects Zhang X, Ai X and Wang X had made an appointment the night before to drive together to play wild game the next day, which was used to beat the tooth sacrifice. At about 13:00 on the second day, Zhang mou drove his own Wuling Hongguang van with Ai Mou and Wang Mou to illegally hunt pheasants and cuckoos. The suspects Ai Mou, Zhang Mou and others confessed to their illegal hunting using air guns.
At present, the case is under further investigation.

Paragraph 2 of article 341 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates: "Whoever hunts in a hunting area, during a hunting ban period, or using prohibited tools or methods to hunt and destroy wildlife resources, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention, public surveillance, or a fine if the circumstances are serious."
