Gastric mucosal protectors can be divided into different categories according to different mechanisms of action, and the following introduces three kinds of gastric mucosal protectors commonly used in clinical practice.
1. Sucralfate

2. Bismuth agent

3. Telian
Tipuridone can increase the effect of gastric mucosal prostaglandin, animal experimental studies have shown that it can increase the content of gastric mucosal prostaglandin in rats, the mechanism of which is to increase the activity of prostaglandin biosynthetase. Studies believe that this drug can increase and improve the effect of gastric mucosal blood flow, animal experiments have proved that this drug can inhibit gastric mucosal damage caused by ethanol in rats, and can also inhibit gastric mucosal damage caused by ethanol in healthy adult men.
Because tipuridone can effectively protect the gastric mucosa, it is often used for the improvement of acute gastritis, acute exacerbation of chronic gastritis, and gastric mucosal lesions (erosions, bleeding, flushing, edema).
4. Ribapite
In addition to promoting prostaglandin synthesis, gastric mucus secretion, and increasing blood flow to the gastric mucosa, ribapide can also inhibit inflammation and scavenging free radicals, reduce the direct damage of ethanol, aspirin and other exogenous substances to the gastric mucosa, and also enhance the regeneration ability of gastric mucosal cells and promote the repair of the gastric mucosa. Studies have shown that the total effective rate of rebapirate combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcers, the neutral mucus content before and after treatment, the morphological structure score of mucous membranes, the degree of inflammatory cell infiltration and the recurrence rate of gastric ulcers are significantly better than those of omeprazole alone.
