Gaohe HiPhi X is the first mass production model of Huaren Yuntong Banner, as the ceiling of domestic pure electric vehicles, the car has attracted much attention at the beginning of its release with its extremely eye-catching sci-fi design and a large number of black technology configurations. So, after completing the mass production delivery, is the performance of Gaohe HiPhi X in terms of commerciality of new cars worthy of the high price? In this issue of the commodity test, we will reveal the answer for you through the two dimensions of objective data and subjective feelings.
1. Objective data
This project mainly shows the performance of the new car in terms of commerciality in the form of objective data through field tests of 12 items such as body technology, paint film level, interior air quality, noise from the car, static vibration in the car, parking radar and lighting/vision.
In the body process testing session, a total of 10 key parts of the vehicle are selected, and 3 key points are selected for measurement in each key part to evaluate the uniformity of the gaps in each key part. Judging from the test results, the uniformity of most of the key point gap data of Gaohe HiPhi X is worthy of affirmation, but the average gap between the left and right front and rear doors is relatively large, which may be related to its unique door design. In addition, the gap between the front door and the front fender on both sides of the car is large, and there is also a significant gap between the gap between the left and right sides, which has a certain impact on the overall test results.
In the paint film level test, through the test, it can be found that the average thickness of the paint film of The Gaohe HiPhi X is about 119.5 μm, which exceeds the standard value of the intermediate car (≥ 90 μm). Judging from the specific test data, the values of the key test points on the left side of the car are significantly higher than those on the right side, and the values of the test points on the left and right front doors are lower than the standard values of the intermediate car, which reflects that There is still some room for improvement in the uniformity of the paint film spraying of Gaohe HiPhi X. It should be noted that the front fenders, roof and trunk on both sides of the car are made of non-metallic materials, so it cannot be measured effectively.
In the in-vehicle air quality testing link, the vehicle was placed in the internal surface parking lot with fewer vehicles, and the formaldehyde was not detected in the car of Gaohe HiPhi X, which met the relevant standards in the "Guidelines for Air Quality Evaluation in Passenger Vehicles" (National Standard OF the People's Republic of China GB/T 27630-2011) jointly issued by the former Ministry of Environmental Protection and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China since March 1, 2012. In addition, the content of inhalable particulate matter such as PM2.5 in the car is also at a low level.
In the static noise test, because Gaohe HiPhi X is a pure electric vehicle, when starting the vehicle, the noise transmitted to the car by the motor during work is also very limited, which basically does not cause nuisance to the drivers and occupants in the car, and the measured results in the idle speed and stationary state are 30dB.
In the air conditioning noise test, the test instrument is placed at a position of about 10cm from the air conditioner outlet, and then the air conditioning air volume is adjusted from small to large, and the noise value of the driver's position in different gears is measured. After actual measurement, the air conditioning adjustment of Gaohe HiPhi X is divided into 10 gears, and the measured noise value is 62.4dB when opening the highest grade, which is excellent compared with the previously tested models of the same class.
Since the HiPhi X adopts a pure electric power system, after measurement, the vibration value measured by the steering wheel and the front and rear seats in both idle speed and load state is always 0. Relatively speaking, the vibration value measured at the driver's seat test point under load is 0.1mm/s, and the rest of the parts are 0.2mm/S, and the body feeling is not obvious.
In addition, we tested parking radar, lights/vision, control systems, tire hubs, sunroofs, seats, and trunks. After actual measurement, the length of the front and rear seat cushions of Gaohe HiPhi X is 500mm and 480mm respectively, while the passenger seat and the second row of seats are also equipped with electrically adjustable leg rests, which further improves the riding comfort. In addition, the front and rear seats are also equipped with ventilation and heating functions, and the measured heating and ventilation speed are faster. The reversing image of Gaohe HiPhi X is relatively clear, and it can support 3D viewing and chassis perspective functions, which is more convenient for daily use. In order to facilitate the movement of passengers in the second row and the third row of passengers, the second row of seats also supports left and right translation, but the overall travel is short and it is not convenient to move. In the third row of passengers in and out of the vehicle, the second row of seats is equipped with a key entry and exit button behind, after pressing the second row of seats will automatically move forward and the backrest will be lowered, making it more convenient to enter and exit.
Since the test car is a six-seat layout, the second row of seats can be moved forward and backward left and right and the backrest angle can be adjusted, after testing, the second row of seat angles can be adjusted between 30-130 degrees, while facilitating the entry and exit of the third row of passengers while also taking care of the comfort of the second row of passengers. What needs to be complained about is that the front row of the car is designed for the sky curtain, and the second row of overhead is also integrated on the door of the sky curtain, which cannot be opened. In the parking radar test, when the front and rear parking radar of Gaohe HiPhi X continue to beep, the closest distance to the rear obstacle is 24cm, which is close to the test experience value and is in line with daily use habits.
Second, subjective feelings
The project was subjectively evaluated by a number of reviewers on the actual performance of the new car in terms of static and dynamics. Among them, the static aspect includes four parts: exterior, interior, space and human-computer interaction; the dynamic aspect includes acceleration, braking, steering, driving experience and driving safety. Finally, the total score is given with reference to the subjective evaluation opinions given by the judges, so as to reflect the actual performance of the new car in terms of commerciality from the perspective of subjective feelings.
In the external evaluation, the front face shape of Gaohe HiPhi X is extremely sci-fi, and the lights will be lit in turn when the vehicle is started, and the visual effect is stunning. At the same time, it can also support support personalized settings, and the lights can project different patterns. It should be noted that the car is not equipped with a mechanical key, in exceptional cases, outside the car or can not unlock the vehicle.
Since the HiPhi X is designed for electric split doors, the gap between the front and rear doors is significantly larger. The test car uses a button type to open the door, when opening the door, if the personnel are too close to the vehicle, the door will only open part of it, when the personnel are far away from the vehicle, you need to press the door button again, the door will be fully opened. In addition, the initial speed and angle of the front and rear doors are slightly faster and the angle is larger when the front and rear doors are opened, and if there are objects around them that are not detected by radar, it is easy to collide.
The internal shape of Gaohe HiPhi X is relatively simple, while the three large screens with huD head-up display system also increase the sense of technology in the car, and the center console also uses a large number of leather materials wrapped, which is very graded. It should be pointed out that although the reaction speed of the 19.9-inch screen in front of the co-pilot is worthy of recognition, its position is too far ahead, and the body needs to lean forward when the co-pilot operates, which will affect the driver's observation of the right rearview mirror to a certain extent, causing hidden dangers to driving safety. When the turn signals are turned on, the car will also experience a delay that affects the driver's judgment.
The multi-function buttons on both sides of the steering wheel adopt touch design, but the functional items are not clearly identified, and the operation needs to slide the touch area first, and then refer to the front LCD screen for operation, the operation experience is more cumbersome, and the driving safety is also a hidden danger. As mentioned earlier, due to the large opening and closing of the car door, the design position of the closing button on the door is relatively external, so when the personnel in the car close the door, they need to lean out of the body to touch the closing button, although it can also be closed through the vehicle settings of the central control screen, but it is more cumbersome and the experience is not good.
In terms of seating space, the overall ride of the car is relatively generous, but the overall experience in the third row is more cramped, and it can only be used as an emergency seat. The car's internal storage space is acceptable, can meet the daily use, need to complain is that the back of the central control LCD screen is equipped with a through-type small storage compartment, but it is more inconvenient to take items. In addition, the large storage compartment under the centre console performs well and can hold a variety of items.
16.9-inch vertical LCD display is also clear, in the premise of the network to support navigation, video playback and online music and other functions, in the voice interaction level, we only need to say "HiPhi Go" to wake it up, wake up can be voice dialogue, such as saying "how is the weather today" "I am a little cold", etc., you can get the desired result, in addition, the steering wheel is also equipped with a voice wake button, the operation is more convenient.
In terms of power, the two motors in front of and behind the HiPhi X have a maximum power of 220kW, a maximum torque of 410N·m, an acceleration of only 3.9 seconds per 100 kilometers, a battery capacity package of 97kWh, and a cruising range of 550km.
Driving, the car provides sports, economical and comfortable driving modes, in the sport mode, the car as a whole is more aggressive, and the steering wheel will become heavier, in the comfort mode, the power performance is more brisk, the acceleration pedal is more heeled, and the daily overtaking and paralleling is not effortless. In the economic model, the power output will appear softer.
The HiPhi X brakes are more sensitive in the first half of the output, but the brake pedals in the rear section become somewhat soft, giving people a slight lack of confidence. In addition, the distance between the brake pedal and the accelerator of the car is 8cm, the spacing is slightly larger, and the pedal is slightly inconvenient when pedaling alternately.
The steering system is divided into three modes: comfort, standard and sport, of which the comfort mode steering force is relatively light and can be fully operated with one hand; the standard mode is moderate in strength, which can feel more comfortable when holding in both hands; and the sport mode is slightly heavier, and the vehicle handling is improved.
Gaohe HiPhi X adopts the front double wishbone independent suspension, the rear five connecting rod independent suspension, the suspension overall tuning is more comfortable, it also has high toughness when cornering, and the small vibration on the road surface is more thoroughly resolved, because the car is equipped with an air suspension system, the vehicle bounce is more obvious. In terms of kinetic energy recovery, the car also supports weak, soft, medium and strong four gears, in a weak situation, the car does not feel any drag after putting away the electric pedal, in the gentle gear the overall and then the car after the oil is similar to the feeling, in the medium case, the drag feeling is slightly obvious, and in the strong gear, the drag feeling is more obvious, and feel slightly uncomfortable.
The HiPhi X is also equipped with a full-speed adaptive cruise system that supports road traffic sign recognition, lane keeping assistance, and lane departure warning system. At the same time, when the turn signals are turned on, the car will also change lanes on its own, and the overall performance is better.
