Recently, at the Buick LPGA Championship site, the 2025 Century CENTURY was officially unveiled. As a facelift of the year, the new car focuses on improving the comfort of the seats.
In terms of styling design, the 2025 Century still follows the design style of the current model, and the front face adopts the PURE Design design language, which cleverly integrates the oriental connotation and modern and digital design into the overall shape, and matches the retro "cornice" elements in the middle grille to further enhance the luxury aura of the vehicle.
Inside the cabin, the biggest attraction of the 2025 CENTURY is the new forward-developed second-row luxury seats. Unlike the regular seats, the new seats have an additional layer of suspension in the backrest and seat cushions, which is on par with the 2024 Rolls-Royce Phantom Long Wheelbase Edition. It is reported that the new car seat has 14 patented technologies, and in the industry's first mass production of 12-layer seat structure and suspension layer design, comprehensively surpassing Maybach's 10-layer design, and the same as the Rolls-Royce Phantom. The fit of the backrest, the degree of indentation and the degree of cushion wrapping have been greatly improved, not only the static ride is fluffy and soft, but the dynamic ride has excellent support and vibration filtering effect.
As for power, the new car may continue to be equipped with a 2.0T engine + 48V mild hybrid system, with a combined maximum power of 237 horsepower (174kW), and the transmission system is matched with a 9-speed automatic manual transmission.
