On October 18th, the all-new VOYAH Dreamer "Zero Gravity True Standard" technical conference was successfully held in Wuhan, which comprehensively interpreted the functions and technologies of the new VOYAH Dreamer Zero Gravity Chair. At the event, VOYAH automotive seat engineers conducted on-site experiments on the five dimensions of seat performance: ventilation, health, comfort, resilience, and pressure, and comprehensively presented the technical advantages of VOYAH zero-gravity seats.

In terms of ventilation capacity, engineers tested the actual effect of different seats on the "extreme cold" heating and "extreme heat" cooling. Thanks to structural optimization techniques such as large fans, trench air induction, and 3D mesh air belt openings, the VOYAH zero-gravity seat can be reduced from 60°C to below 36°C in just 7 minutes, and from 17°C to 37°C in 150 seconds.

In terms of seat health, engineers baked several samples of seat surface leather at 80°C for two hours, and "unpacked" them on the spot, inviting the media to evaluate the samples from the sense of smell and vision. In my experience at the event, although the smell of several competing seat samples was not very large, I could clearly smell a unique pungent smell of leather after being heated, while the VOYAH zero-gravity chair with OEKO-TEX maternal and infant skin-friendly fabric never had any odor divergence.

In terms of pressure capacity, the engineer lay directly on the seat and displayed the real-time pressure distribution map measured by the sensor directly on the large screen on the site. The results show that due to effective measures such as optimizing the skeleton assembly of the seat back, cushion and other parts, the VOYAH zero-gravity chair can maximize the fit between the seat surface and all parts of the human body in zero-gravity mode, significantly eliminating the stress concentration on the seat cushion and achieving all-round comfort.

In addition to the event, VOYAH also defined the "industry standard" performance of zero-gravity seats through multi-dimensional tests such as durability, safety, and noise. For example, in the durability test, the VOYAH zero-gravity seat has been endured by more than 300,000 times, the backrest has been more than 120,000 times of bumps, and the seat frame has been more than 500,000 times of fatigue vibration endurance, all of which have passed with high standards. In the safety test, a total of 240 whole chair-level tests were carried out, all of which were carried out according to 120% of the regulations and strength standards, as well as front and rear collision tests with high speed and high collision energy, so as to ensure the safety of passengers in an all-round way. In the silent test, simulating the normal driving environment, the VOYAH zero-gravity seat has 0 noise and 0 abnormal noise throughout the whole process, which can give users a "non-feeling" riding experience throughout the whole process.
