The epidemic in Tianjin is mainly concentrated in Jinnan District, and infected people account for 94% of the city. Sun Chunlan promoted the implementation of knocking operations, isolation point service management improvement actions, and social "zero clearance" actions in Jinnan District, repeatedly inspected nucleic acid sampling points and laboratories, big data centers, etc., organized full screening, found infected people in the first time, and timely checked out and controlled close contacts and sub-close contacts. On-site guidance for the transfer and isolation of close contacts and sub-close contacts in the Linjin Garden Community, where the epidemic situation is most severe in Jinnan District, optimize work processes, strengthen the connection of various links, and promote risk personnel to be separated and closed on the day. There are many and scattered isolation points in Tianjin, and the management of isolation points is strictly strengthened, the professional skills training of staff is done, and health monitoring and health supervision are strengthened to prevent cross-infection.
