Because there were too many people in the family, the brigade fled together and was easy to be discovered, and when they went to The Fengjin Bridge in Luzhou, they decided to disperse and flee to various parts of Sichuan, and changed their surname to Yu, which means that "there is no end to killing and there is still more than enough". After they dispersed in Luzhou, they traveled around in search of a place to live, and most of them were exiled to today's Chongqing, Luzhou, Qingshen, Rong County, Fushun, Naxi, Leshan and other places, and one of them arrived in today's Qianwei County.

It is said that when the Fengjin Bridge in Luzhou was separated, ten of their brothers and sisters left poems by the bridge, and each of the ten of them chanted a poem as a proof of future recognition.
