Recently, the world's largest power battery manufacturer CATL announced that it will hold a press conference at 15:30 on January 18 to officially launch its power exchange brand EVOGO and provide services to all car companies. This also marks that the Ningde era will officially open the layout of the power exchange market.

In fact, the era of the year has made a lot of preliminary preparations for entering the power exchange market. At the end of December last year, CATL signed an agreement with the Guizhou Provincial Government to cooperate in the construction of a power exchange network. According to the agreement, the two sides will cooperate in depth in the construction of new energy vehicle power exchange network facilities, promote the improvement of new energy vehicle power exchange capacity, and promote the high-quality development of the new energy industry, and jointly build a double highland of Guizhou's new energy market and industry. In August last year, CATL established a times electrical service subsidiary in Xiamen, Fujian Province, as the main bearer of the power exchange business. And soon after in December, the first regional power exchange business company was established in Jilin Province.

In addition to the broad market prospects, the support of national policies may also be a major reason for the Ningde era to choose to lay out the power exchange market. At the end of October last year, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Notice on Launching the Pilot Application of the New Energy Vehicle Power Exchange Mode", which decided to start the pilot work of the application of the new energy vehicle power exchange mode in 11 cities such as Beijing, Nanjing, Wuhan, etc., and promote the construction of power exchange infrastructure through the pilot, thus forming a benign development ecology of complementary charging and replacing power.
