During the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom Movement, the Heavenly King Hong Xiuquan had a son named Hong Tianguifu, who was also the young lord chosen by Hong Xiuquan to inherit the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom regime; Hong Tianguifu sounded like a Japanese name, but his original name was Hong Tiangui, and the last "blessing" was given by his father Hong Xiuquan; when Hong Tianguifu was born, Hong Xiuquan was not with him, so Hong Xiuquan gave the task of naming the child to his younger brother Hong Rengui; but Hong Rengui could not think of any good name for a while, so he wrote a few auspicious words and put them in a bamboo tube Let the child catch it by himself, and finally the child catches "heaven and expensive", so these two words have become his name.
After Hong Xiuquan returned, he was not very satisfied with the child's name, and felt that this name could not highlight his noble identity at home, so he added a "Fu" character to the back to show his difference, and named Hong Tianguifu; after Hong Tianguifu was born, he was cared for and respected by the "Worship god Society" as a young lord, and in 1860 he also issued an edict to be supported by believers; because Hong Tianguifu was Hong Xiuquan's only son at that time, Hong Xiuquan attached great importance to his personal safety. Usually, Hong Tianguifu is not allowed to go out casually, and if he must go out, he will be accompanied by a large number of "bodyguards".
Hong Tianguifu read when he was a child, but also some boring books praising the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, plus he could not go out to play, so Hong Tianguifu's childhood was not very happy; Hong Xiuquan also knew that his son was bored, so when Hong Tianguifu was 9 years old, Hong Xiuquan married him 4 wives, even if he could not go out, he could also have fun in his "harem"; the good times did not last Long In 1856, when the "Tianjing Incident" broke out, the taiping heavenly kingdom generals attacked each other, so their vitality was seriously injured In 1864, Hong Xiuquan also died of illness, and Hong Tianguifu, who was only 14 years old, was elected as the "Young Heavenly King" to lead the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom.
At that time, the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom was already a thinning mountain, and the Qing army was about to break through the Tianjing City, and when the Xiang army attacked the wall of the Tianjing City, it heralded the collapse of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, and Hong Tianguifu was also captured alive by the Qing army; after Hong Tianguifu was escorted to the capital, Cixi, who hated the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom to the bone, immediately ordered Hong Tianguifu lingchi to be executed; but after Hong Tianguifu's death, the body was cold, and the Qing court found that his name was wrong; because Hong Tianguifu had a jade seal engraved with the word "Allah", so after Hong Tianguifu was arrested Qing court officials mistakenly thought his name was Hong Fuyao.
After this erroneous name was reported to Cixi, Cixi issued an edict to lingchi "Hong Fuyao", so it is said that Cixi was executing Hong Fuyao at that time, not Hong Tianguifu, the young lord of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom; Hong Tianguifu had never done anything evil in his life, and he had no power, but he was signed by his own name, which was regarded as a "back pot man".
Moreover, when he was escorted to Nanchang for interrogation in the early days, Hong Tianguifu blamed the various crimes of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom on the old Heavenly King and Li Xiucheng, and also expressed his desire to submit to the Qing Dynasty, but in the end he did not save his life; this was all because of his own bloodline, he was born in the Tianping Heavenly Kingdom, so he ended up with a tragic end, and his life was forever fixed at the age of 15.
