She is the younger sister of Yan Xishan, and both husbands are Japanese, and the fate is very different from Yan Xishan

As an important revolutionary base area during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Shanxi once had countless martyrs who shed their heads and blood for the revolution. From the Republic of China period to the Liberation War, Shanxi played a very important role in the historical stage. When it comes to Shanxi, there is one person who has to be mentioned, he is Yan Xishan, a warlord who once made people hate him to the point of gritting his teeth. People who grew up in Shanxi are basically familiar with this name. Especially the people of Taiyuan, Shanxi, because he has a deep relationship with Taiyuan. From 1911 to 1949, he ruled Shanxi for 38 years.

In these 38 years, no one can shake his dominance in Shanxi, and the name of "tumbler" has also come from this.

During Yan Xishan's tenure in Shanxi, he once had a secretary with a special status, named Yan Huiqing.

Yan Huiqing was the fifth daughter of Yan Xishan's uncle, so she was also known as the "Five Girls".

Born in 1910, she has a special status because she is related to Yan Xishan. After reaching middle age, the Yan Xishan people did not form the habit of self-discipline, especially in terms of diet. The life secretary around him or the doctor who treated him would be scolded by him if he was not careful, but the position of life secretary was changed by him several times, but Yan Xishan still did not completely solve the problem of overeating. Irregular diet seriously affected Yan Xishan's health. After Yan Xishan expelled the unknown life secretaries, Yan Huiqing just graduated from a girls' school and stayed at home doing nothing.

Therefore, Yan Xishan took the initiative to summon him to his side and serve as his life secretary.

But Yan Huiqing is always his sister, even if his brother's temper is worse, he will not often embarrass his sister, especially if he often scolds her.

Moreover, Yan Huiqing is very intelligent, good at reading and observing, and can find out Yan Xishan's hobbies, and can also supervise Yan Xishan and improve his eating habits.

After working as a life secretary for a while, she became Yan Xishan's exclusive life secretary, responsible for taking care of his daily life.

Although her identity is very special, she has not escaped a series of experiences that a little girl should have, such as falling in love and starting a family.

Yan Huiqing's first husband was Japanese and he studied at Wutai in Shanxi.

The two had a very good relationship, but soon after Yan Huiqing's husband died of illness. However, just after Yan Huiqing was introduced to another Japanese student, the tragedy of her life began.

Her husband very frankly told her that he had another new love outside, and although Yan Huiqing was very sad, she could only endure in silence in order to maintain the marriage.

The husband and wife reached an agreement that the two could not interfere in each other's lives, and Yan Huiqing, the same company, also found a lover outside, named Liang Huazhi. Since then, she has often been with Liang Huazhi. In the end, her marriage to her husband ultimately existed only formally.

In 1949, on the eve of the liberation of Taiyuan, Shanxi, Yan Xishan defected to Chiang Kai-shek in order to escape to Nanjing, and planned to follow the other party out of the mainland for Taiwan.

Yan Huiqing also plans to leave with her brother.

Just before Yan Xishan flew to Nanjing, Yan Huiqing temporarily took charge of Shanxi's inland affairs in place of his brother.

But this situation did not last long, and soon after, she lost control of Shanxi. Before she could flee south to make peace with her brothers, she was surrounded by troops from the People's Liberation Army. Because of Yan Xishan's actions, she was also labeled as reactionary and accepted to be disposed of.

In April 1949, when the People's Liberation Army besieged Taiyuan, Yan Huiqing planned to commit suicide with her lover after sending a final farewell telegram to her brother.

On 24 April, the two eventually committed suicide by poisoning due to the situation, and neither was able to follow Yan Xishan to the south. Although her sister committed suicide, her death also made Yan Xishan a tool that could be used, and it became a kind of political capital.

In order to gain Chiang Kai-shek's trust and maintain his political life, Yan Xishan compiled a list of five hundred people based on his sister's last telegram and continued to seek benefits for himself.

Chiang Kai-shek did not last long in the south, and when he fled to Taiwan, yan Xishan was followed by Yan Xishan. After Yan Xishan fled to Taiwan, he never returned to his hometown in Shanxi for the rest of his life, nor was he able to see his sister for the last time, or even the body. The People's Liberation Army could not capture Yan Xishan, and could only dispose of his sister.

Yan Huiqing, 27 years younger than Yan Xishan, was treated like her own daughter by her brother before she died, but the end was far away from her family, and she was buried alone in a mass burial camp outside the suburbs of Taiyuan.

Compared with his brother, who never returned to his hometown later, although the latter's fate was not very good, Yan Huiqing's fate was even more bleak.

In fact, what she did did not cause substantial harm to others, usually only responsible for her brother's daily life, rarely participated in political activities, and generally did not interact with people.

Compared with Yan Xishan, it can be regarded as very little evil.
