In the context of "double reduction" education, how to reduce burden and improve quality, increase efficiency and reduce worry?
After entering Yulong Middle School, Jiang Beilei "squatted" in the lower grade of the primary school of Yulong Middle School, responsible for the listening, evaluation and mathematics teaching and research of the lower grade of the primary school, and through the sharing of educational resources on the cloud, she carried out special teaching seminars with Fengcheng Xincun Primary School online with the theme of "Optimizing Homework Design, Paying Attention to Language Elements" and "Implementing 'Double Reduction' Wisdom Teaching and Wisdom in the Pulse Classroom to Improve Quality and Efficiency". Through seminars, micro-forums, expert guidance, etc., the school's education and teaching concept and the promotion of the "double reduction" policy were transmitted to Yulong Middle School.
In order to help local teachers improve their teaching level, Jiang Beilei paired up with two mathematics teachers from Yulong Middle School to guide the specific teaching of mathematics education. Due to the difference between the Shanghai textbook and the local textbook in Yunnan, for the mathematics class of the two apprentices, Jiang Beilei and the teachers of the mathematics group in the lower grades conducted a full discussion, comparing, analyzing, evaluating, and integrating the design of mathematics books, exercise books, mathematical teaching references, homework, stage exercise papers, etc., to form guidance.
From the end of November to the beginning of December last year, Jiang Beilei also led the school's mathematics team to participate in the 13th Teachers' Classroom Teaching Competition in Yulong County, after repeated lesson preparation, grinding lessons, trial teaching, adjustment, re-examination, competition, lecture... In the end, he won the first prize. "The results were not easy to come by, and the competition judging team also issued an invitation to the next county-level mathematics teaching competition, and hoped that their efforts could drive the development of mathematics teaching in primary schools in Yulong County." Jiang Beilei said.
In the process of volunteer teaching, Jiang Beilei also noticed that the local family education is relatively weak, so Jiang Beilei used her professional knowledge to interpret the "Family Education Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China" to the parents at the parents' meeting of Yulong Middle School, and shared advanced concepts for the guidance of family education in remote areas. "The family is the first school in life, and a good family education can shape a sound personality." At the same time, in terms of teaching and research of art disciplines, Feng Tuoying and the art teachers of the school jointly discussed and created the art characteristic courses and project-based learning of Yulong Middle School with the theme of implementing the core literacy of art disciplines in teaching, and are committed to improving students' understanding of local Naxi culture and thus loving their own national culture more.
Campus culture is the soul of the school's development, in order to accelerate the construction of campus environmental culture, so that the campus is full of vigorous and upward force, Feng Tuoying also actively offers suggestions, using the school's existing environmental resources, conceiving the construction of the school's cultural corridor, the school staff home environmental beautification suggestions, etc. At the same time, in order to enrich the learning life of students, Feng Tuoying also prepared suggestions for the art competitions organized by the school, so that students have their own art display platform.
"Education is a fundamental measure to eradicate poverty and interrupt the intergenerational transmission of poverty.
