"If it wasn't for you hugging me, the consequences would be unimaginable, thank you very much to the subway staff!" Ms. Huang, a citizen of Wuhan, recalled the hug of the subway staff and thanked her one after another.

At about 8:00 a.m. on January 11, at the Erqixiao Road Station of Wuhan Metro Line 3, Ms. Huang walked into the subway station as usual to prepare for the ride. Surveillance footage showed that when she walked near the pit stop gate, she suddenly toe and was about to fall.

After leaving the station and running, Chen Jing, a staff member of the station, found out about this scene and rushed behind Ms. Huang within 5 seconds and hugged her tightly when she was about to faint. Immediately after, gan Ping, the duty station chief, also rushed to the scene, and she pushed a wheelchair to help Ms. Huang sit down to rest, inquire about the condition, and help contact her family.

"At that time, Ms. Huang fainted and was pale and unconscious, accompanied by vomiting." Chen Jing and her colleagues helped Ms. Huang to a chair to rest and got in touch with her family.

After inquiry, it was learned that Ms. Huang was unwell and fainted due to a sudden stomach disease, so the staff took warm water and handed it to Ms. Huang and cleaned up the vomit on her body.

An hour later, Ms. Huang's face improved, her health recovered, and her family rushed to the station to pick her up.

"If you hadn't caught me, I wouldn't have known what it would have been like, but I feel very safe with you here!" When Ms. Huang and her family left the subway station, they especially thanked Chen Jing, a staff member who rushed to hug her.
