A female passenger fainted in a sudden low blood sugar in a Wuhan subway train, at a critical moment, there were passengers giving up their seats nearby, passengers handed candy, passengers pinched people and pressed the tiger's mouth, and some passengers reported the scene to the driver... For a time, the carriage staged a "textbook" rescue, and with the help of the subway station staff, the female passengers quickly turned the corner.

At about 8:00 a.m. on January 10, a female passenger suddenly felt unwell in the Wuhan Rail Transit Line 2 train, and Mr. Zheng saw the situation and judged that it might be hypoglycemia, so he immediately gave up his seat and handed him candy. The female passenger sat in her seat for less than 1 minute, clutching her stomach and crying out "help" in pain, and then fainted. The 2 female passengers who knew the knowledge of first aid heard the sound, and after checking the face of the fainting female passenger, tried to rescue them by pinching and pressing the tiger's mouth, and the other passenger spoke to the driver urgently through the in-car call device to report the situation in the car.

"Wangjiadun East Station, the downlink train that immediately enters the station has 2 cars and 5 doors and passengers faint, please get on the train to pick up." The train driver, Qiu Hu, received a report from the passengers, and when the train was about to enter the station, he notified the station's car control room through the on-board radio to arrange personnel to respond, and reported to the train dispatcher.

After the on-site rescue of the well-meaning passengers, the fainting female passengers improved their condition and slowly opened their eyes. At this time, the train just entered the station and stopped, and with the support of well-meaning passengers, the sick female passenger slowly stepped out of the train and sat down on the platform seat. While monitoring the safe ride and landing, the train driver Qiu Hu confirmed that the platform staff received the female passengers and left for the next station.

Zhao Meiling, the duty station manager of Wangjiadun East Station, led the station guards to push wheelchairs and take bread to the platform, pushing the sick passengers to the station master's room of the management area to rest. Zhao Meiling inquired about the passenger's illness, helped contact his family and the unit, handed him bread and hot water, and reassured him to rest at the station first.

Half an hour later, the female passenger's health improved significantly, and her face gradually returned to normal, and after some thanks, she refused the escort of the staff and took a taxi home by herself.

"Thanks to the many well-meaning passengers in the train, the 'textbook' relay helped to provide help for the fainting passengers." While praising the kindness of strange passengers, Zhao Meiling reminded the majority of passengers that they must eat breakfast and drink some hot water when going out in the morning to avoid discomfort caused by low blood sugar or shock fainting; if they feel uncomfortable during the ride, they can ask for help from the surrounding passengers or staff in time.
